Another question

When sending out a PM how come it does not get sent right away? It goes into the outbox but does not send right away.

it sits in the outbox until the user opens it, or so i thought. could be wrong but i'm pretty sure that's how it works

yes it is sent..it stays in your outbox until the person does in fact open it

That would be correct about it being sent just not opened by the recipient. You can also recall a message when it is still in the outbox before the recipient opens it.
