forum nav bar question

is it possible to change the color of the forum navigation bar to match the other forum sections or does it have to be that blue one?

i mean something like this:
[attachment=0:18dbryab]demo.jpg[/attachment:18dbryab]



also, while on the subject of navigation, we used to have a board index link at the bottom as well as the top of the page, didn't we? can we have that one back? I used to use it after scrolling to the bottom of each page, reading all the posts, and there the link was. Not really a big deal, just curious

Now with the darker nav bar we might need some lighter text IMO like white.
