My mic finaly crapped out on me all the way so I will be without one for a little while. I plan on picking up one next friday. I will let everyone know when my mic is back up and running.

That sucks man. Just don't get the wireless ones though. They have some nasty static and echoing to them.

Not to mention the little ear hanging MS one likes to make you think it's great at first and then it suddenly has to resync every 2 min, or shuts itself off at random moments.

I discovered that now that I moved my setup further from my router I no longer have the rice crispy static and poping with my wireless Turtle Beachs. They are now working better than ever. Still have to stock up on batteries tho (finally got the rechargeables)

What? mine works great. the only thing that messes up is when i accidently walk out of range.. i have to restart it to make sure i get a good connection

Well, I finaly got a new one. I got it before I read all of your responses (it's one of the MS wireless headsets). So far it's working great (I hope it stays that way). I just got tired of the wires getting broken. Anyways, wish me luck with the mic.

Is it the small white one?

If so I used to have one of those and never had an issue with it. Sound quality was pretty good.

I still have my original from about 3 or 4 years ago, when I got out of the service! :D :lol: Don't have any problems with it at all. I'm actually surprised that it has lasted this long, with 2 pit bulls, and now a 9 month old son! :lol: :lol:

I'm sure it is the same one you are thinking of. Mine is black though. I had to have the black one to match the black Xbox LOL.
