I just thought I would tell ya'll know that I bought a heavy punching bag (100lbs.). It's FUN to hit it!! Lol!!! Left my hands and knuckles a little bloody but I will over come that. There is a little blood stains on the bag. I have gloves and all but when I talked to a friend of mine, (Former Marine) he is training in the MMA and he said my hands will get used to it. Either way, I'm not going to stop training...it's fun and I take alot of anger out!!!! Semper Fi!!!

Yes, bad days seem to get a little bit better after some time with the bag!

Yep! Always feels good to hit it after a bad day or so. I plan on eventually getting a speed bag and a reflex bag installed. Then move my weights into my building. It will be like having my own gym at my house! LOL!!! Semper Fi!!

I've had a heavy and speedbag set up for a couple of years. Hitting the heavy bag can be exhausting so it's nice to have the speedbag to change up with. IMO it's highly inadvisable to hit the heavy bag without gloves

I don't wear gloves, I used to but my hands got torn up either way. so I figured screw it....they're used to it now, so I can go at it... without worrying about messing them up anymore.
