There will be more after midnight, word is the single player is awesome. Some minor glitches, you know there will be unbalancing in the multiplayer, and patches will follow soon. EA and servers are known to be problematic around launch time, or shortly after. I am stoked and will be playing throughout the night, and into the day tommorrow. I am going to hold off the singleplayer, until a patch comes out and because i want to save it for later. The singleplayer has a TIER 1 mode, which is supposed to be hardcore, no checkpoints, no respawns, and a leaderboard. That should give it a bit of replay value.

Dietrich, a friend of Dietrich, Indy and I were playing at Midnight. The annoying glitch we came across is that we were all squaded up and when we started the match somehow it split our squad. Me and Indy on one team and the Dietrich and his friend on another. It was still fun though trying to search out our clan mate :lol: Another thing is that for some reason our Live party kept getting broken up. There was no problem when we were in BC2 just before running out to get MoH, so we are assuming it is affecting the Live Party system as well. They must not want opposing forces to communicate :D Actually I think Dietrich was the only one getting booted from the party.

Well it's going to be one of those things where you see some ppl like it and a some ppl don't. You're either going to have to make a decision off their opinion, or take the risk and form your own. I hated the beta, thought it really sucked (but then every beta I've been in has been nothing like the final version). I really like the final product (few minor glitches and all so far). The beta only gave you a taste of Team Assault. The other modes could turn a so-so product into a DAMN THIS IS AWSOME product. That verdict is still up in the air.

Well after playing MOH more indef. I have noticed some of the things that will piss people of in multi player. Main on is spawning of your team mate right as they die or spawning when your surrounded by snipers that you seem unable to find. The first night it came out I was in a game with Bullet, Indy, and a buddy of mine and we were having connection issues and we could not talk in the loby, and when we where in loby and went to a game it split us up. Most of the just you have to fire in burst to get a kill even with some snipers in non-hardcore games.

Now for the single player side of the game, i only beat one level so far but im working on it. So far the single player is pretty easy even on Vetern(hard) the pistal pete achievement is pretty easy to get that is 20 pistol kills in a row, can be done on first level. now the 20 head shots from a non sniper rifle is some what difficalut considering you cant kill 5 head shot and get a body kill the count starts over, and a bigger plus is that your team also kills the enemy helps sometimes but not when your trying to get 20 concecutive mellee kills. More to explore in the game.

But overall is a good game, not good if its your first shooter, multiplayer will piss you off.

I played some of the campaign today, and was not disapponted at all! Cannot wait to give multi-player a test drive. Now if only I can dump this stomach bug i've contracted... (Been puking my guts out all day.. ) :cry:

WTF? I just got my copy and got home, and I can't play the multi-player? It keeps telling me the EA server is down! I spent $60 bucks on this? I hope I can get on later! But no multi-player free-for-all though? Kinda dissappointed!!!! Semper Fi!!!

ok well I completed the campain on hard just about under 6 hours of playing it and I must say that I dont know what the big fuss about with the politics, dont understand them, good game, graphics could have been better, but yeah being on hard it was easy, now that tier 1 challenges is pretty crazy well i was also trying to go for the number 1 spot for the first mission with a completion time of 12 minutes, for the single player achievments im only missing 4. 1 of them is a gimmie but i guess i wasnt going fast enough of the jump for the ATV achievment, the c130 will be a pain considering you have to wipe out 8 encampments and wipe all the people out, but i must say trying to kill 5 plus enimies with one grenade is hard to do on any of them maps, they dont bunch up and the AI kill them before they bunch up. now i am going to work on tier 1 and then the multy player ones

Yeah, the campaign although fun isn't hard at all.. completely agreed on the graphics, i wasn't to happy about how they did it, i'm still all down for BC2 as far as the graphics and game dynamics are... i think MOH will be just an achievement game for me.

well, early this mornign when I got off work... I played about 1.5 hours of Multiplayer, and then about 1 hour of Singleplayer....

I would say they are two very different games packed into a bundle, and sold under one title. Both are very good, I am of the opinion that I got a 2 for 1 purchase.

Multiplayer is really REALLY fun.
Bottom line; If you liked BC2 multiplayer you will like MoH multiplayer.

i must say trying to kill 5 plus enimies with one grenade is hard to do on any of them maps, they dont bunch up and the AI kill them before they bunch up.

I see you got this achievement already Dietrich but if any of you others want it there is a super easy way to get it. In the Dorothy mission when you are up in the mountains and you come across the camp where there are 6 guys sitting around a campfire. Simply cook a grenade and throw it in the fire. You will kill 6 instantly and the AI will get the last guy that comes out of nowhere.


I know there are a lot of opinions about this game, but I will say one more thing now that I finished the Single Player. I was pulled into this storyline more than any other single player I've played to date. For that I give them huge Kudos.

I'm still on the fence with this one, so what's the bottom line in your guys' opinion?

My opinion on it is that every person I've seen giving it bad reviews so far had way too high of expectations for the final product and thats why they are disappointed.

I would say rent it and form your own opinion because the multiplayer experience for me depends on who I'm playing it with. I have a lot more fun playing it with friends than playing it alone, but then I'm the same way with every game I play. The ironic thing is that I actually do better playing it alone tho, I think because I'm less distracted by the talking. I guess I'm losing my ability to multitask in my old age :? . I felt the single player was one of the best I've played in a long time and even tho the graphics aren't perfect the story sucked me in so hard that tbh I never even noticed the graphics. I haven't had lag except a couple short bobbles in MP, I've had way worse in BC2 and MW2

I do not regret buying it, however i cant play it for too long. With Bad Company I would be playing and would not realize it was 5 in the morning.

Well i do agree with renting the game Upgrayyed, but the thing is with the rental u cant play multiplayer as the game comes with a 1 time code and its only for a one time use for the game, so renting the game only allows u to play just the single player campaign.

I agree with Bullet in terms of SP. It totally sucks you in, and the story is great so far. The only complaint I have heard, is that it may be a touch too short, but the gameplay, action and story are awesome.. I'm not really one to care so much about graphics, but I thought they were good enough to make out the action, even in low-light conditions, and the optics are very good.. I do think that the output of the sound was rather low. I felt like I had to blast my speakers to hear the dialog.

I still want to try the MP, but I haven't seen any of you on during the times I've been on, so I guess I'll wait until this weekend and try to hookup with someone then.. :mrgreen:

I finished the Campaign a few hours ago. It was AWESOME!! Now I'm into the multiplayer, I'm NOT happy. I guess I'm not used to the style of the game. I hate respawning right in the line of sight of camping snipers! That sucks! For those that haven't played the multi yet, there are pre-set respawn points that if the snipers find, (which is easy) your screwed! I really didn't play BC2 alot on multi-player. I'm not used to the game play of that multi, but I guess I will have to get used to it! The team I get with always loses, prob due to my lack of XP in the game, but oh well. LOL!! I'm learning! The good part is, is that I haven't heard any trash talking or kids...yet. Just wait though. I still wished there was a "free-for-all" tyoe match. That's what I'm used to playing. Maybe if playing with people I know will improve my taste in this game. But like I said earlier, the Campaign is awesome, and the ending is great. Not to spoil it for those who haven't completed it yet. Hope to see a next one! As for the graphics go, to me they ain't too bad! Alot looked pretty real and at times I had to pause the game and put the controller down. Too real for me at times. Sorry. Some brought back memories. But oh well, GREAT game though! Anywho, Semper FI!!

The game is too bright I have adjusted it but it is so bright you can't see someone moving. Plus sometimes the contoller just dose nothing and I thought it was my controller changed it out with one of the others I have, same thing.

I have found 1 controller issue, when I paly as speical ops load out when I shot and move the aiming point 1/4 of the time I also swing my knife, this has gotten me shot several times, I changed 4 controllers still happens. I'm getting used to the brightness. I like how if how you can stick to one weapon load out and not bounce around.

Well i do agree with renting the game Upgrayyed, but the thing is with the rental u cant play multiplayer as the game comes with a 1 time code and its only for a one time use for the game, so renting the game only allows u to play just the single player campaign.

I was playing the multi- before i entered the code. The code is for the VIP like dlc that comes later for maps, and the weapon unlocks. You can still play and try the multi-player, just not with all the maps/weapons.
