USMG Wallpaper?

I was wondering if any of our designers here could come up with a sweet wallpaper background?
I have kicked around the idea, but can't come up with anything good.

i guess no one made any progress on some cool kickass wall paper?? maybe 1440X900?? would be nice? i can try with widows 7 but i dont know who it would turn out if any thing come out good ill post

Actually, I was going to get with DB and see if he could come up with a thought I had. I was thinking like a riveted sheet metal background with the USMG Red/Black logo in the center. HEY DB...what do ya think?

Actually either would look good. The round one you created, or the one you put on the shirts.

If I had the logos, I could probably come up with something. You sent me the round one, but I lost it. :confused:

I can't seem to find it, but Smoke tested it as a logo for the website. I WILL FIND IT...lol!:rolleyes:

Here is my first feeble attempt. I am not 100% happy with, but you get the idea. Any thoughts? I think I need to change the background image. It is not high res enough and expands too much.

This is my first real attempt also. I need to work on the aspect ratios. On my mac, it stretches and looks weird, but on my PC without widescreen, it looks good.

My screen res is 1440x900 and it stretches out weird. The image is setup to the wrong ratio, but my photoshop skills are lacking at best! ;)

I like the 2nd one, blurred. I figured you would harass me about saying yours was too busy, when mine was that I created. That is how I found out it didn't work well for me...lol. I have too many files on my desktop and its distracting when I need something fast. ;)

I use a mix of Photoshop CS4, Paint.net, and the GIMP.

The only thing to be aware of is they are lower resolution files. They will pixelate some when printed, and will be much worse if you try to print them any larger. Otherwise.....print away! ;)

I use photoshop CS5 that I got for a bargain $65 at this site http://lpstore.ws/index.php?target=search&qt=Adobe. It is download only and no disc, pretty easy and now I have CS5 on my new computer.
