what a mess last night. Valorfall-couldn't join you even with an invite and we had plenty of instances of inviting clan memebers who couldn't join in on our games. Pretty much clark and asig were the only consistant people able to join on me eatlead got in a couple times and mardi got on late, lady was ass out all night. Hopefully we can get a little better matching up tonight or even a private match if any one is down.

don't bypass the single player campaign, it's pretty original and kind of a twisted story. very manchurian candidate type stuff

Well you all could just get the 360 and not have that problem, the last couple of days we been playing Zombie, deathmatch with all our USMG, it even drops you in the game with other clan memebers. Come to the dark side.

That's funny because the picture was taken at a XBOX party!

Oh and the grouping SUCKS in this game! Squid was right, there is no rhyme or reason to it. I was able to get in a couple games, but then the lag was horrible! I went back to trusty MAG!

I couldn't team up with USMG and neither could they. Then I played a couple of games with randoms and both games migrated then crashed/ended.

Then I was playing training with Sav and K-man and lost them then lost my connection entirely and couldn't get back on at all! Grrr!

Bring on the Patch!!!!

I wish it would let me actually join up with people that invite me and let others join my party. That seems to usually be an issue with any COD game for some reason...

Lot of PS3 hate on here. We've got a cuople of instances where your group gets dropped and you have to reform. Then one or two matches where we got linked up with someone floating in the middle of the indian ocean...but that's about all of the bad.

it was crazy, not to mention K-MAN and Lady couldnt hear each other, but I could hear them both.

It's not hate for the game it's just wishing something worked that should have from the release of the game. I don't really think it has anything to do with what system since there are other PS3 games where this isn't the problem...

Yeah, something that should work that doesn't. Might have to go buy an Xbox.....you'll get first access to DLC for Black Ops that way too :p

Had a good time playing tonight with you guys but the group dropping was a pain in the ass. All the other COD games I just played the campaign and this was the first time I played the multi mode and it was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. I just need to learn how all the perks and loadouts work!

It does take some getting used with the load outs and perks. I seen they are now doing points for attachments, etc, which I like alot! At some point I want to get a group together and see how long we can last in zombies! :D

OH YES....and the grouping is a joke! I finally gave up last night, sorry guys. I went to kill zombies to vent my anger!

Has anyone played the hidden 2d arcade game dead ops yet? It is actually a pretty fun, 2D, top down version of zombie mode with some sweet 8bit music. To unlock it, at the menu you have to press L2 and R2, [not at same time, or x box equalivlent] then you get out of the chair. go to the computer terminal, which is to the left and behind the chair and type in DOA and hit enter.

The matchmaking sucks, sweet game overall, but i feel BC2 is the best shooter to play with a group or groups. But the features like changing the reticule and color of your scopes is so cool. Hopefully they will smooth out matchmaking soon, I think they will.

Makes me wish that DICE could get their crap together, outright steal the party and group configurations from Call of Duty and combine it with their gameplay. Would be epic.

You know, as widespread as that problem is, and as many times as I hear about someone who goes through a half-dozen xboxes...I've never had this problem.

I'm on my second 360. My first one hit the RROD after about 3 years. I have had my new one for almost a year now.

I haven't heard anything about the new xbox slim having this problem. I've had my older one for over a year with no problem so far *knocks on wood*

I have had problems with party dropping but we just join off each other (even if it take a little time) and sometimes once we finally all get into the same game, we get lucky and one of the group is on the other team (that would be me usually :() but at some point it usually gets us all on the same team and I wonder if that has to do with being in a Live Party. Overall though it's been running really well on the xbox.
