Anyone have Charter internet? Ever since I got it, the internet will drop for a second. When it happens it will kick me from the 360 saying sign in status changed. Also the internet will not go to a webpage but it shows I am still connected. Any insight on this??
I would contact Charter and complain. It sounds like you have faulty hardware, or perhaps condensation in your cables..

With the condensation in the lines would that be a thing I would need the insurance for for them to fix?

No, but if you don't have a wiring coverage type plan, normally they charge you to replace the buried cable.
In my experience with Comcast, a lineman would come out, and test the copper, and they could tell you immediately if you have enough degradation to warrant a new drop.

I just got this the other day. Maybe I should add on the protection plan and then call after a week lol.

Just do a reset on the router?? It is hooked into a splitter if that matters.

The router or the modem is hooked up from a splitter?

The modem. I don't have a router. The modem has wireless built in.
