Does anyone have experience or thoughts on either of these two cars? My wife is wanting a new car when she gets home, so I am doing some preliminary searching. She likes both, but I am leaning to the Acura TL. My main concern is reliability.

I don't have any personal experience with newer acuras but they are very reliable cars. I really like the new TL's also.

Option 3 ... Hyundai. Lol. But seriously, I have an '04 Santa Fe with over 130,000 miles on it and I have never had to put money into it (aside from general wear-and-tear ... when it wasn't covered by warranty anyway).

I tried to talk my wife into the Hyundai Genesis, but it was a NO go. She loved the engine power, but didn't want a Hyundai....

She had an older model when she was a teen, back when parts were hard to get, and quality was meh. She had a bad experience with them and doesn't want another. I can't say I don't blame her, I am the same about things. It is hard to overlook bad history with a product line. :(

You'll have to explain that one a bit better Lady. Wouldn't that be different for each woman in question?

maybe you can test drive each model....in GT5. not sure if they have them available in the game but i think it would be amusing to tell the salesman you already took it for a test drive in a video game and preferred the handling over the other one
