lol really it's just a long on going joke. An internet meme. Like have you ever heard the phrase or some variation of "All your base are belong to us!"? All that one began as was a bad english translation of an old video game but somehow through the magic of the internet it took off in popularity and is just as well known as keyboard cat or rick roll'd. memes really don't make much sense at all but that doesn't stop them from growing massive in size. Is Chuck Norris really that much of a bad ass? No. He has accomplished a decent amount in his acting and martial arts careers but really it's about the Chuck Norris-ism that make it great. You could make them about anyone, it just so happens Norris is the one they picked
