coming April 30th huh? i'm really surprised it is coming so soon, figured Microsoft would have bought exclusive rights for at least 6 months or more.

Misinformation and assumptions pushed as fact are all too common on the internet. Luckily there are a few sources out there that we know are pretty solid so here is the scoop on the PS3 version of the stimulus package:

"The Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package DLC will hit PS3 in North America on May 4th, everywhere else May 5th. PC gets it worldwide on May 4th" - Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward (http://twitter.com/fourzerotwo)

He doesn't mention a double XP weekend here but he did mention it elsewhere so it is safe to assume it will probably start when the pack hits the store

back to the subject of the PC version, There is a free MW2 weekend starting....about 12 minutes ago so if you haven't played MW2 yet but want to make a decision about it for yourself, go download it on steam
