This font?

Can anyone help me find the name of this font, or identify a font very similar to the one used in this logo? I'm working on a little side project and want to get something close to this font. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what the font is, but here are pages and pages of distorted fonts that have some that are close. This is where I get alot of my fonts I use here.

there seems to be plenty of rumor and hearsay on random forums that there was at one time an actual NWO font out there but it seems to have mysteriously vanished as not a single person claiming to have had it has it anymore....

anyways, it looks like your best bet is going to be taking some that steer you in the right direction and modifying it yourself. These are some of the suggestions i came across that i can see potential in with proper filters and editing:
