I don't see how this guy can get fined for this unless he throw the bag of pennies in the cashiers face or something. Last I checked pennies are still legal tender and there shouldn't be an issue here...:confused:

I smell a lawsuit. However, I would definitely advise against paying a lawyer in pennies.

Disorderly Conduct??? Thats BS...I dont really see the charge standing in Court but, if it does. If I where him I would pay the $140 fine in change to.
