What multi-vitamin do you guys like and take?

I switch between Orange Triad and Animal Pak. Triad is a great vitamin that is alot easier to take than Pak. I take these when I am not hitting the gym hard. Animal Pak has a number of pills per Pak, and some are big. So far I like Animal Pak the best.

So I have switched up my vitamins again. I am trying out the AllMax Vitastack. I am about 3 weeks into it, and so far I like them. They are comparable to the Animal Pak, but they add in omega 3,6,9. Pill wise they are smaller than Animal. I don't really notice much of an energy difference between the two products. I will probably switch between them just for something different. The big thing is to take fish oil while taking the Animal Pak. WHICH, you should be taking fish oil regardless!

Saw an expose on vitamins last year and they said that most multi vitamins are way off on what they say they have in them. The FDA does not regulate vitamins or supplements so they have no need to put what's advertised in them. I don't take any vitamins but the show said that Centrum was the most accurate among the test groups.

Animal has a special military edition Pak that comes with an olive drab animal shirt. They are pretty sweet, I have a couple already.
