I did not make this thing up so dont ask me questions about the title but here is what you need.

1 Mc Double
1 Mc Chicken

step 1. open the Mc Double by opening it in half (between the patties)
step 2. take of the bun that does not have the mayo from the mc chicken
step 3. put mc chicken in mc double and close
step 4. enjoy
step 5. risk heart problems later.

Tried it today for lunch. Not bad at all. And so far no heart palpitations, so it's all good. :D

Oh and I didn't get rid of any buns here. I just opened the mcdouble and put the mcchicken in the middle.

If you live in the SW CONUS (especially NM) substitute the Mc Chicken with a Hot and Spicy Mc Chicken and add green chilli to it.

Just because that's so f'n funny, I'm going to try both the McGangbang and the McMenage a Trois tomorrow.

Too bad I no longer have health insurance. Guess I'll have to rely on some low-dose aspirin to pull me through....LOL.

If the heart attack doesn't get me, then the rock now sitting in my stomach will. I had one for lunch today. Very tasty, but just like the KFC Double Down, it's something you only need to try once in your lifetime.

Here....try this. I made it the other night and my family went nuts over it. It's easy to make, tastes fantastic, and probably not as bad as some of the other aforementioned myocardial infarction inducing indelicacies.
