Hactivist Group ANONYMOUS to kill Facebook

So I read an article in the paper the other day stating that the hacker group Anonymous will "kill" Facebook on Nov. 5th. Anybody hear about this?

Yeah I head the scuttlebutt...
Tactically was a bad move on their part, letting their target know whats going on.

Dont know if they can pull it off or not. Facebook has massive server farms all over the globe for situations like this.

I doubt it considering they won't have the full support of the entire Anonymous community. The governing body of Anonymous has said that it does not approve of and will not participate in the attack. So it looks like a smaller select group of hackers will try to pull off the attack.
