Remove before flight

Im looking to replace my remove before flight keyring tag since its past its retirement and its very hard to.find another rq-4 tag if anyone has seen some base specific remove before flight tabs let me know ^^

wow... I'm confused on what that even means. Remove before flight?!?

Those are put on the wings and noses of aircraft and wheel chucks and the foam inserts for the aircraft. If someone was in a&p or e&e or was a crew chief coold prob explain it better that the stuff i listed was just what i have observed while they were attached on to u2 spy planes and global hawks

Yup yup you might see them on the black hawks they have the black remove before flight tags from what i hear including the black hawk embroidered on the other side

I hate to be the one to inform u but they are universality red and white....for safety reasons! so everyone can identify them.. i dont think ive ever seen a remove before flight with a ACFT on it...that prob was a crewdog ordering them personalized on the civilian market because when they come in the supply system the do not come personalized to the ACFT...

Yes Sig, The Remove Before Flight tag is attached to ever piece of ground covering, blade ropes , or plugs that are not required to fly with plus we got alot of dumb pilots that need something bright and shiny so the can see if its on a green ACFT..lol..and can and will cause Extreme damage to the ACFT during run up or flight....F.O.D....(foreign object debris)...not a good thing...will turn those Black-hawks in to their nickname....."Lawn Darts"...LOL:cool:

From what one my friends said they had the special ones made i guess just for the 2 aircraft there but never observed up close but always wondered why they made them with the different aircraft on one side

Ps: sorry if anything was wrong as the only time i have had access to the flight line was during a small open house several years ago

he might be in a VIP unit..they do things "SPecIaL"...LOL...yeah any good crewdog takes care of their acft...we would paint our nose's with custom art...replace the tire caps with chrome ones..hang the flag on the inside of the acft after we strung up 550 cord to inside sound proofing to give that sleek look...the motto is you take care of your acft and she'll take care of you!

I had work on beal under 9th services sq so got to see a few things after making friends with the ammo and maint guys except never got up close with a plane similar to air force one showed up couple of times a year lol
