Hey all! I just got back from mexico yesterday, so I squared away everything and today was gonna jump into some BFBC2 matches on ps3....but after a system update I cant sign in anymore. Got an error code 8002A548. Been trying for an hour now and no dice. Guess I'll have to "finish the fight" with some GOW3....

I downloaded that patch too and am having the same issue. I check the PSN knowledge base and they've noted the issue. Says their working on it at this time.

YAY! and yes, this new patch is lame... I can sign on, but can't play any multiplayer games except for magic 2012... LOL Random isnt it?

Weird though the problems y'all seem to be having with PSN? I played some MW2 yesterday with Max after the patch and it was fine...is it just BC2 you're having problems with?

Thanks all, yea the only thing I got was a MEAN sunburn. So it's not just me then, good....well, not good, but you know what I mean. As long as they're working on the problem.

it was just a temporary issue they had that lasted a couple hours at best but it was unrelated to the recent firmware update, it was just coincidental that you guys downloaded the update prior to the network instability. I was able to log into my Japan account, but my US and UK accounts were having issues. All resolved now though, probably 12+ hours prior to me posting this
