Below the Welcome, (username) bit, there's a gray bar. On the bottom half of that, there's a tab called "Forum Actions" with a triangle pointing down. Click on that, then click edit profile. Look on the left, under the profile editing options, you'll see "signature."

All i have there is edit profile or edit avatar. Maybe its because i am accesing it through a mobile device...

Good God no. Ashamedly, my CoD stuff has always been OK to sig, but I've never put up good sig stats in this franchise.

did you type out the bbcode manually or did you click the little insert image button? The forums seems to get mad sometimes when you manually type out the code, even when it's written perfectly.

Every 12-24 hours it updates.
