I am looking for a desktop computer and I don't have a large chunk of money to spend. I have two laptops, an HP Pavilion Entertainment PC, and a Lenovo ThinkPad W520. I am tired of HP, Compaq, Gateway, Dell, etc. and the crap that they make. I have been looking at Lenovo towers, and I was wondering if any of you have experience with them. My Thinkpad is a bad ass laptop, so if the Desktop is nearly as well built and runs as smoothly as the Thinkpad, I am definitely interested in it.

What say you nerds.

What say you nerds.Get away from proprietary systems all together and build your own. More bang for your buck too. Take a look at Newegg DIY systems.

Get away from proprietary systems all together and build your own. More bang for your buck too. Take a look at Newegg DIY systems.

I build my own :p and I've only went thru 2 computers in the last 6 years current one i did was under 700 bucks that's including the case since i already had a monitor and im always avail to help if ya need it

I build my own :p and I've only went thru 2 computers in the last 6 years current one i did was under 700 bucks that's including the case since i already had a monitor and im always avail to help if ya need it

Flipping Awesome video ..but in the first few sec you can tell this was made by a woman ...cause im sorry if it was made by a man when the guy woke up he wouldn't have got out of bed he would have grabbed the remote!!lol
and the tv at the end ...the whole wall and 3d....Totally my house in the future !!!

Unfortunately, the 1 thing Lenovo does extrememly well are laptops. Their desktops are crap. I would rate them below HP. IMHO

you can get a much better system for the money if you build it.
