Thinking of getting BF3 for PS3

I only use my PS3 for Blue-Rays, but was thinking of getting BF3 for it. Figured it would give me the chance to play with more of USMG besides the normal people I play with on the 360. I would not be getting this month but maybe next month.

The PS3 platoon has the most registered members. You will have no problem finding someone to team with.

Marines don't think!!! GET it. Get special limited edition so first DLC is free. Then if you don't like it trade it at gamestop. I sure you will love it though. Single player campiagn is ok, but when we get a bunch of USMG rollin through battles in Multiplayer it's priceless.
Also don't worry about being "good" at it. I suck at fps multiplayer but there are plenty of USMG that are great that don't get all upity about it. They're cool. As long as you're helpin out the team it's very fun times.

So true I jumped in after my football game last night and really sucked, but I got most of my points dropping ammo and spotting for tracker, LExprime and others. I went 3 and 11 and still had like 800 points from helping my good teammates.

On the Xbox I am a decent player, but I think the controls are different on the PS3, so it might take me a few to get use to it. Feel free to add me Recon4thCav on PS3. I might try and pick it up this month, but with the move next weekend doubt I would have much time to play it.

I just linked my PS3 ID on EA. Do I have to own BF3 on PS3 before it shows up on Battlelog? I am sure I have seen people ids with 2 game system names on it on battlelog.

I believe you'll have to play at least one multiplayer round on PS3 before you can get into the PS3 side of Battlelog. I sent you a friend request through Battlelog. well u got me Silent, lol. I play BF3 everyday except for some weekends lol. For some reason no one wants to play with me :( and yes i know that sounds dirty lol.

That is why USMG is the best clan, we don't care how good you are or are not. It's all about having a good time and that's why I've been with USMG for almost 2 yrs now.
