"was in gamestop, and spotted an employee (who is apparently serving in the national guard) in full acu’s minus his name plate, new balance tennis shoes and a gamestop t-shirt under his unzipped top. My husband ( who is ad army) called the dm and was told he was wearing his uniform to promote the release of cod mw3, and didn’t see what the problem was, seriously? Wtf? earrings and a beard going on, are they sure he's even really in the guard?

I am a SGT in the National Guard and a combat vet at that ... to me this looks like a life time E4 ... Gimmie the city and state of this GameStop, or if you could just give me the store number and the GM's number you called. Thank you. I will make sure something is done about this. UCMJ says that National Guard / Reservist are ONLYto be in ACU's to and from duty. If they go out to eat in between that is fine, but can't put the uniform on just because they own it.
