Yup. I can find the place to change to the black/gray theme under my profile, but no way to "save" that option.

Before you ask, I've tried this using three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera).

First off, thanks for fixing it. When I was selected to be a council member, that's when it switched back to the default format. I couldn't find a way to change it back successfully, so I just left it alone.
