MW3' s in game friends menu also list every USMG player regardless if your friends with them. It's too easy but sometimes overlooked. Just access the in game friends menu and keep scrolling right. I speak for the 360, if anybody would like to add to this feel free.

I just found out about this a few day ago too. I always wondered why people from USMG who I wasn't a friend with was able to get a hold of me. Now I know ;)

When your in the lobby and you hit the "Y" button, you'll see your friends list. Scroll all the way to the right and you'll see all the members of USMG. Friends or not
