He's a local friend of mine, non-military background, but a really good guy and he's on our server. He's also guildless. So, my question is are we recruiting and if so, how does he apply?

He's a lvl10 BH named Fallenn at the moment.

It was never really ironed out, and I think most people are just enjoying the game before getting serious about guild recruitment and such.....so I'd say just have him send a message to any guild officer or LT for an invite. I need to try to get more people joining here, I'm thinking.

Kitt and I were talking about this in officer chat the other day. Whether or not we should be actively recruiting. Think we came to the conclusion just to invite people we know, and good players in game, and wait until Operations to see what we need for recruitment.
