They were big news a few years back and all over cable news. If I remember correctly, they were like a sleeper network of people throughout the military & law enforcement who would refuse to follow any order they felt was unlawful or against their oaths hence the name. I'm on my phone but you may be able to find news clips from YouTube.

Yeah organization of people who swore to uphold the constitution but yet are ordered to go against it
