New Playlist-Infected

There is a new community playlist called infected. It is very similar to the one that in Halo. Super easy to boost your W/L ratio and get some pretty easy points too. It also lets up to 18 people per lobby so perfect for some big clan events.

I've heard a lot of people are working cheap tactics here by finding areas you can not normally reach and picking off infected from there. I hope they add Team Juggernaut soon tho, that would be fun.

yeah, i played it on PS3 last night and there were tons of cheap tactics being used. When you become infected you're limited to knife attacks only so the survivors are jumping up to areas that are difficult to reach normally and just standing there laughing since you can't shoot them and have to climb up to them, at which time they just sit there picking everyone off as they try to get up. at least until they run out of ammo. the first time i played on dome it was kind of funny to see everyone run up to the top area of the dome and there being a mass of people on that catwalk but after playing a little i saw how quickly it got annoying since you HAVE to climb the ladder to get up there and they just aim down the ladder shooting anyone trying to get up

I switched back to MW3 from BF3 after I discovered this came out. To me its a lot of fun and after a while you discover where everyone runs to in the map. One thing I have noticed if you try to get up in some spaces you will automatically die. For example in hardhat I tried to jump up on the boxes next to the forklift across from the tunnel near "B" and automatically died. I love levels like Arkaden sp?? when everyone tries to hide behind the counter and I just throw a random knife knowing I will hit one out of the 10 people behind the counter.....Think it would be fun if we could get a huge clan group in there.

It's also a pretty easy way to get a couple of the more esoteric titles and emblems. Like knife kill with no ammo, just become infected and get a kill.

I played infected for the first time today and I can honestly say it is not fun. I played it on village and being infected isn't fun. Every time you try to get close to an opponent, you get killed every time. Running around with a pistol with no ammo and a blade is no bueno.

I played one match last week and it went by really quick. It was kinda fun and I got a lot more kills than I did deaths but it only lated for about 4 min.

Yeah I only had the knife for about 30 second lol. I got shanked from about 50 ft away right towards the end.

Use your throwing knife and tac insert, and don't run straight at people until you have multiple zombies running with you to swarm.

Finally got my first MOAB.....Was playing the shopping mall level constantly moving back and forth around the counter area downstairs. EVERYONE kept trying to come from the doorway instead of coming down the stairs so it took about a min of spraying and I had it. Finished the round like 48-2.....:cool:

I've been playing it the past couple of days. After playing a couple maps you realize where everyone seems to build up to hold off the infected.....Best rule if you are ever by yourself you will soon be infected.

Oh yea, I've about 2-3 MOABs dropped on me in Infected
