We travelled to Ubisoft Montreal to check out Far Cry 3 and what its single-player campaign will offer gamers that they’ve never seen before. While yesterday’s new Far Cry 3 trailer offered a cinematic introduction to the game’s story and main character, players want to see what the actual game looks like in judging its aesthetic and style.

In addition the the announcement of the Assassin’s Creed 3 release date, yesterday saw the early release of the brand new Far Cry 3 trailer as well as its release date. Fans now have a better understanding of the story of Far Cry 3, its protagonist Jason Brody and one of its key villains who was the highlight of the E3 2011 trailer that announced the game.

Ubisoft made a big surprise splash at E3 last summer and it wasn’t just because of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and its epic cinematic trailer. Attendees of their press conference were blown away by the stunning and shocking Far Cry 3 announcement video that immediately became one of the top five trailers of E3 2011.
