Well that's interesting. They transferred it from UPS to USPS. Friday at 12:30 it is then.

That's what mine said too. Threw me for a loop for a little. USPS got it this morning at 0800, but I guess it didn't go out for delivery. Anyone know if there is any way you can go by and pick up a package that is not out for delivery?

Just checked the ups.com website for tracking. My copy is about 30 min. from my house! Says it's 'in transit'. I keep looking out the window every time I hear a big truck come by! LOL!! Come on already!

I've only played the conquest type game so far. I usually like those more than TDM types. The classes are pretty cool once you figure them out.

I'm not very good though. The maps are pretty small. It's pretty cool to get a Fire teammate who gets the whole teamwork mentality, I don't know anyone in this game on PC.

Kant, it's.......we'll, it's fun. It's a bit of both CoD and BF3, but isn't either. Maybe BF 3 with CoD's speed. The two man fireteams are both awesome and a bummer.

Overall I'm a fan.

Played some more. Loving it more. Really enjoy some of these maps as well. Been playing mostly TDM. Soon as we get some more USMG involved, I'll start working on the other game types. Will go much smoother with solid teamwork.

played the first 2 missions ok, MP is cool map are big a lot of stuff I have inc the lighting that my only problem is hard to see on the PS3 version now the video I saw of the xbox everything is very light and easy to see. A lot of weapon attachments to mess with once you get used to the menus not bad. Also no chatting with in a team on PS3 side maybe once we play as a plt you can chat.

Yeah, according to the reviews it utterly blows. The sad part is, most of the reviewers seem to be blasting it for not being CoD. When did the option to choose a specific pistol become a significant option?

Yeah looks about right. Started a USMG here on the PC side just in case.

I'm getting my ass kicked in MP. The random teammate stuff blows, I seem to get a lot of guys who notice they can get credit for lots of kills if they hang back and wait for me to engage and then they mop up when I'm dead instead of supporting during the fight.... That's my only complaint so far.

That, and the nVidia driver crashing, but that's specific to PC and (Surprise Surprise) happens only when running the game through Battlelog. Go figure.

Yeah. BF3's customization menus were great, but these...and it looks like there are multiple versions of the same weapon (i.e. HK416) for different nationalities? That's just annoying

I noticed that with the assaulter class I'm currently focusing on. It's actually useful in a sense, since it lets me set up one gun I like a certain way, scoped for instance, and the same gun through another nationality with a reflex sight, and save both setups.

Silver lining, if you will.

One thing I am really enjoying is the Real Ops game mode. The lack of all of the hud cues really adds a sense of urgency and danger to the game without making it a 24/7 campfest.

Granted there are a lot of campers but no more than usual. *LOL*

Danger Close gets big props for that one.

Over all I am loving the game, just scratched the surface with the Campaign but from what I have played it's VERY good.

Hate to say it but I am a little disappointed, ok a lot disappointed, in the Military only edition. I want to go on record saying that it's not GovX's fault and it's all EA. The "exclusive content" isn't. I really thought that this was going to be something special for those of us who served and it looks like the only real difference between the Military and the Wal-mart version was a sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap.

However none of that detracts from a game that I am really enjoying.

Yep. Clan tags are automagically filled in by your platoon (I actually like this way). Spyder will approve you whenever he gets the chance.

I just got mine today and I was lost as hell. I died a lot and I can hardly see people because the maps are so dark. I'm sure I'll figure it out, but its painful trying to learn it. I don't recall the last one being anywhere near this difficult.

Some info from Battlelog in case anyone was having issues with any of these bugs. I have the problem of the 'Warchief' achievement not popping so hopefully this achievement patches it up!

Heads up! We released a new server update today across all platforms that is currently being rolled out to all servers. Rollout should be completed within 24 hours. Fixes include:
Console

Game server name fix that addresses stat discrepancies
Stat errors in Battlelog vs. in-game
Stats that reset after rebooting the game
‘Warchief’ and “Global Warfighter’ achievements/trophies not unlocking

PC

Game server name fix that addresses stat discrepancies

Stats that reset after rebooting the game
Addressed the issue of players incorrectly matchmaking into password-protected servers

Ok I'm going bitch a little about this Gov-X I still have not received my x-box version which was to be at my house 2 weeks ago. They have it listed as being turned over to Harrisburg Postal service that were the trail ends. I'm giving them this weekend then I just want my money back.

Maybe check with the Post Office? It's not like the website can control it. Especially when EA handled all shipping for this product.

hey what happened to the mic talk last night first game we were talking to each other and killing the other team then we all went silent and started getting killed, by a bunch of stoned kids. Next time I play against someone stoned I'm going to start talking about food and mess them up. Man i wish I had a double beef burrito from taco bell of hey I want some Doritos ranch style.

I know ... comms were up and then they dropped out... guess that's all part of the overall issue with comms. I know they are working on it but they can't get it fixed fast enough.

I will say that server had some issues cuz not long after you dropped out we all got dumped ... it also had our whole party mismatched all over the place.

Just part of the burn in process I guess.

Also on your Xbox copy try tracking it via USPS ... after UPS delivers it the post office picks up tracking info... it may have some info for you. It's a shot in the dark, USPS tracking is not nearly as good as UPS though. Worth a shot.

I have Go-x and ups looking into it, i will say I have had 3 Steelers football jersey's stolen through UPS you get the notification that the empty bag was found open items missing then it take forever for UPS and the vendor to send you another one.

It may just be me but, I have noticed alot of us (USMG), aren't playing this one? Or maybe ya'll are on after I get off? When MW3 dropped, when I signed on, I had an ass load of USMG playing that one! What's the deal? Are people afraid of trying a "new" game? I know the play style of MoH is different from MW3, but I still play it! Currently I'm playing the campaign and I have to say it's AWESOME! Another reason I'm playing the campaign is to get a "feel" of the different weapons in game. I do like the MP also. Just gotta get used to the way different weapons play. So with that being said, why isn't alot more of us playing this one?

Finished the campaign last night ... I literally just sat there as the credits rolled and soaked it in for a bit. GREAT story, very much the same feeling that Act of Valor left me with.

I can not recommend this game more highly, honestly one of the very best single player experiences I have ever had.

Best scorechain I ever got was the assault drone for the class that has the tank stance. It's kindof hard to drive. Never got an Apache though.

Yeah Assault Drone is third tier. Only one I ever got on any class, and only even got a few second tier score chains (they're scorechains, because they require points, not kills). I suck at MP.

The VERY BEST THING that could have happened to MOH happened last week ... BO2 dropped and all the snot nosed little kids left MOH to play it. Got into some great games this weekend (wish it had been a few more but it was a busy 48hrs) all the little cross talking shitheads were gone. Replaced by a group of guys on the other side looking to have fun do well.

Refreshing change.

Lol...kids. I was in some pretty good games Saturday with SnapPumpkin667. Actually went positive for a change and got some nice footage for vids. But I noticed me and Snap were the only ones on our entire team with mics, and there was only one on the other team, so that aspect of the game hasn't changed.

Yeah the campaign is one of the best I've played in a long time. And MP is solid, though not spectacular. It's a nice break from Battlefield sometimes.

That's how I felt too. And consider that Act of Valor came out in April, and MoH has been in development since probably beginning of 2011, certainly since end of 2011, so the storyline has probably been set since before Act if Valor came out. However, some of the same SEALs may have worked on both...

Act of Valor has been in development for some years to take into account the SEAL teams deployments. I don't feel like they robbed from each other. Both are heartfelt. At least in MoH I was able to kill some terrorist bastards.

I finished the multiplayer. Unlocked all soldiers, classes, guns, got all marksmen badges and a lot of the accolades. It was very fun but been busy with all my other games.

Also, switch between Smoke and HE rounds and your ROF will increase, and if your lucky you'll nab a direct impact kill with a Smoke round lol it's hilarious :)

The funny thing is this: in real life Mortars are an anti-personnel asset, but in game it's a bitch to kill soldiers. Your gonna get most of your kills from shelling vehicles....or other Mortarmen.

For conquest, if you get Grand Bazaar, definitely equip mortars. It rains hell on the B flag. Guaranteed kills.

Target the structures they hide in....the rounds go thru the roof. And for the ones that don't, just target the entrance of the cubbies they duck in. Someone will peak out to pop a shot off and BAM! One more mortar kill....
