Anyone know how to make this delightfull dish? I know you shove a beer in a chicken. Just don't know if there is anythign special you have to do.

Shove a beer up it's ass, and cook it. That's about it. Google search Beer chicken, and you'll find a couple thousand recipe's for it.

You're most likely going to need a special holder that properly sets the can inside the chicken. However, you can craft one yourself with relative ease.

And just as an FYI...you can use any kind of canned liquid. I made one with cola once, because some members of my extended family were adamant about no alcohol. It was still just as good.

I've heard it's really good if you use apple juice, but I've haven't tried that yet.

Wait wait wait. Does the can have a mini explosion in the chicken for the beer to give it flavor (very stupid concept) or does the beer inside the can evaporate into the chicken (don't see how this is possible). Not sure how this works. Maybe I should just look it up on the net to find out...hahaha! That would make sense huh?

Basically the liquid in the can "steams" the chicken from the inside out. This makes it very moist and flavorful.

hahaha...I thought so. Looks like the next chicken I bake is going to a delightful can of Miller in its "you know what"
