turtle beach + hdmi ??

So I hooked up my turtle beach x 31 which should be the newest and it requires normal rca hookup which seems odd....

You can get a digital plug for about $1.50 on ebay. It plugs in just above your HDMI. Works beat if you run sound through a receiver.

I went through the same thing with my X31s.... Then I upgraded to the earforce deltas... they use digital input... the audio is amazing 7.1 I think or at least simulated.

Can you buy a set of these at a local spot? Such as best buy or something. I know getting it online would be the preferred method but I 'm one of those guys who to get it without waiting

I just stick my component wireset barely in (the old xbox one, the new one has a block on it) and I hook them up that way and dont hook the component "outs" to anything. I dont know why it works, it just does.

I just cut off the little bit of plastic blocking my hdmi cable.... Works perfectly....

Odd, don't have that problem with my 31's. Swap out rechargeable batteries every couple of weeks and I'm largely fine.
