Dust 514, a MMOFPS, is on its way as a PS3 exclusive. The official PlayStation blog has announced that Dust 514 will be free-to-play.
DUST 514 Will Be Free to Play on PlayStation 3
Posted: 05 Mar 2012 06:00 AM PST
Hi beloved PS Blog readers – we hope you have been enjoying our series of articles here. We have some big news about DUST 514 coming out this week and wanted to write a more personal note about it here, to you.
The development of DUST 514 has been an amazing experience, as we at CCP pioneer new frontiers for console games in collaboration with Sony. It has really been a process of exploring and breaking new ground – running an MMO service that needs constant updates on a console, microtransactions on a console, connecting an MMO on console to an MMO on PC in a real time shared universe and the Marketplace between the two – and there’s even more to come. Today, I’m writing about one more of those things – DUST 514 will be free to play on PlayStation 3!
This news means DUST 514 is the first ever game built from the ground up as a free to play MMOFPS on console, exclusively on the PlayStation 3. Thanks to how Sony has set up the PlayStation Network – and the innovations they have been making on it together with us – Sony’s console platform is the only one able to support this kind of game as a service and business model.
The development of DUST and CCP’s engagement with Sony has been ongoing since before E3 2011 last year, when we announced our partnership. Over that time, we’ve seen the rise of free to play and microtransaction based games in the Western markets on PC, web and mobile (they’ve been popular in Asia for some time – one of the reasons DUST development is based out of China, an interesting story in itself, for another time) – but consoles have only taken baby steps throughout this generation in this regard, with some patches and DLC and demos, until today.
Just to be totally clear, DUST 514 will be a free to play game, without any cover charge. We debated the cover charge idea for a while, kind of as a hybrid between the old business model (having to purchase a game) and this new one (free to play). As we watched the market evolve, gamers choices in free to play games evolve, our own tastes in free to play evolve and developing what’s needed to support it in collaboration with Sony, this just became the obvious way to go – no cover charge, completely free to play. It’s the right time.
To put it very simply, we think it’s an awesome, amazing opportunity to evolve how console games are made and offered to players, and we believe you’ll agree.
We know you’re eager for more, and we’ll be coming out with tons of info at our annual FanFest convention in Iceland, which starts on March 22. We’ll have first hands-on, while also unveiling details about how we are rolling out DUST 514, videos, interviews (answers to many of your burning questions – we’re watching the comments, reading the forums, listening!), and much more. Sony has hooked up amazing prizes for our DUST 514 tournament at FanFest, we can’t wait to see the battles!
Thanks for coming on this journey with us, it’s one unlike any other, and we’re just getting warmed up. We cannot be more excited for you all to play DUST 514, and being able to make that a reality for free on PS3.
Stay tuned for more very soon!

Interesting...I will bite. :D
I've been following this for a while, I'm glad they'll be finally rolling the game out... so I'll definitely be playing it.
Here is a look at some of the multiplayer.

Interesting find. I'm thinking we need to go ahead and get on a recruiting push. I'd rather hit up the official PS3 forums, but I don't see a problem with recruiting on that .org site.
We need to get Smoke to set up a child forum under our official PS3 gaming forums. I expect we'll have quite a few playing this.

Why I’m Excited For Dust 514
by Tim Turi on March 09, 2012 at 10:07 PM
Eve Online has been operating on PCs for the past nine years, but Dust 514 will be many mainstream gamers’ first experience in the thriving universe. Unfortunately nobody will be able to get their hands on the game until developer CCP’s Fanfest 2012 event in Iceland March 22 to 24, where the public will be able to engage in huge tournaments, and in April when the beta launches. Luckily, I was able to sit down with CCP at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California to get caught up with the game. Here’s what has me excited about the ambitious free-to-play PlayStation 3 shooter.
Persistence: Tons of first person shooters allow players to customize weapons and level up, but Dust 514 presents progression that extends far beyond new skins or bragging rights. Players can tailor and enhance their character’s Drop Suit to create their own soldier class, whether that’s a heavily-armored sniper or a sprite-footed scout with a big gun.
Part of Something Bigger: The Eve universe has a dynamic, long-running economy. During the demonstration of Dust 514, the CCP representatives handed me a daunting 200 page Quarterly Economic Newsletter for Eve Online, filled with stats, graphs, and loads of information detailing the MMO’s complex economy. Battles won and lost on planets’ surfaces in Dust 514 affect the powerful corporations running the galaxy, and knowing that your performance on the battlefield makes a difference adds a new weight to FPS deathmatches. A novel, Eve Templar One by Tony Gonzales is also available for gamers interested in learning more about the buildup to Dust 514. The book details new cloning technology that allows the consciousness of dead mercenaries to be transposed into new bodies, conveniently setting up Dust 514’s progression-based gameplay
Risk and Reward: While your stats and customized Drop Suit persist from death to death, your weapons, items, and vehicles don’t. So you just spent oodles of cash buying a new gun and tweaking your favorite tank only to lose it all to a barrage of orbital artillery in the very next match? Too bad, that’s war. Eve Online has always been about risk, and just because one player has a larger bankroll for buying good gear via microtransactions that another doesn’t mean they’re going to have the advantage forever. In fact, showing up on the battlefield with flashy equipment may make you an even bigger target.
First Free-to-Play Console Shooter: Dust 514 marks a first for the video game industry. The free-to-play shooter market has only existed on PCs until now. PS3 users will be able to download the ambitious shooter free of charge, and can put as much into the game as they like. You’re free to spend your real life cash on weapons upgrades, but if you’re interested in simply acquiring new skills you can do that, too. CCP promises that no sections of the game will be off limits for players uninterested in spending real money. Rather, investing in the game opens up more options for customization. Any way you slice it, free is good.
A New Entry Point into Eve: Playing Warcraft III was the perfect way to get ready for World of Warcraft when the MMO launched in 2004. Unfortunately for gamers curious about the deep, complicated world of Eve Online, the barrier for entry is a bit steeper. If you’re not interested in committing hours and hours of your time familiarizing yourself with the nuances of Eve Online’s intricate intergalactic economy and politics, you can get your start in the game’s universe doing something every gamer knows – shooting people in the face.
Connecting Space and Ground Warfare: Before hitting the frontlines, mercenaries in Dust 514 can accept contracts with player-run corporations in Eve Online. Fueled by genuine human greed, these corporations want to control as many planets as possible so they can acquire more resources. The interactivity between mercs and corporations doesn’t end there, however. On the battlefield soldiers can request orbital barrages, which their allies in Eve Online can permit or deny. On the flipside, Dust 514 players will be able to use planetside weapons to blast into space, dealing damage to enemy spacecraft. CCP eventually wants to eventually a space elevator that will connect spaceships with the surface, allowing items and weapons to be fed directly into the fray.
Something for Everyone: If negotiating with evil intergalactic corporations sounds like a bit too much politics for you, folks with itchy trigger fingers are free jump right into combat. CCP says their largest map is roughly four and a half square miles, perfect for battles up to 24 vs. 24 players. Teamwork-minded gamers can also upgrade their characters and hone their skills by engaging in horde mode-like battles against AI-controlled enemies.

Sony worked with Dust 514 developer CCP to completely remove certain PSN policies for its upcoming free-to-play MMO shooter, the studio has revealed.

GDC 2012 is now in full swing, and today we had the chance to sit down with CCP's Hilmar Petursson, Halldor Fannar, and David Reid to chat about the studio's upcoming FPS title, DUST 514. When asked about the studio's primary goal with DUST 514, the team had a simple reply: Make the best AAA free-to-play shooter possible. But is it coming to the PC?

It's Awesome When EVE Online and Dust 514 Collide
Posted by: Michael McWhertor | 03/23/2012 at 08:00pm
You may already know that CCP's popular space MMORPG EVE Online will interact with the developer's upcoming first-person shooter, Dust 514 for the PlayStation 3. And while the space drama and intergalactic economy of EVE may not appeal to you, at least one of the ways the two very different games will tie together might.
In this brief video demonstration from CCP's EVE Fanfest, we see our first "orbital bombardment" performed by an EVE Online player rain vicious hellfire down on a few unlucky Dust 514 players. Very, very cool.
Dust 514 will be free to play when the first-person shooter comes to the PS3 later this year. Now might be a good time to start making some friends in the EVE Online scene.

Here are all the details you need to know:
DUST 514 Details Revealed: Everything You Need To Know About Dust 514
Posted Today 11:22 AM - By Sophie Prell
DUST 514 for the PS3 and EVE Online for the PC are connected in several integral, compelling ways. For one, they share a universe and server. Second, they share currency which can be traded between games and even be used to trade up for real world gifts such as extended play time or even an Nvidia graphics card. Third, and coolest of all, you'll be able to call in an orbital strike in DUST from a player on EVE.
Now with all those sorts of connecting features, you'd think DUST 514 might be left in the cold in regards to its own development, right? Wrong. Straight from the CCP keynote at the 2012 CCP Fanfest in Iceland, here are some things DUST 514 players can expect to see come their way, post-release from developer CCP:
First, expect the connection between DUST 514 and EVE Online to grow even deeper. With the introduction of DUST 514, CCP really wants the EVE universe to be the biggest in gaming history, and they're on track to do it. You'll see things like orbital and surface command centers, transfer of resources, and planetary control updates in both games, blending the two even further.
Also get ready for DUST 514 to go way beyond expectations, as it's not designed to forever be just a quick assault and defend game. CCP wants to introduce a sort of gladiator style arena that blends reality's eSports with DUST's competitive play. This is where you'll see things like Capture The Flag, Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch. One of the best parts? As an EVE player, you'll be able to bet ISK on the battles.
Those who aren't so into PvP won't be left out in the cold. PvE plans are in place so that in the future, DUST players will be able to fight rogue drones instead of player-controlled opponents. This will also help break in new players, or those who just aren't as into PvP, but still are interested in the EVE/DUST universe.
Planets will not always be so kind to your world-weary soldiers. A future expansion of DUST 514 will allow players to battle across hostile, non-temperate planets as well. During the CCP keynote, we saw screens of a hovercraft floating amongst flowing lava and sheer cliff faces.
Finally, the power loader from Aliens continues to leave its mark on science fiction, as MTACs – or Mechanized Torso-Actuated Chassis – will be deployable in the future as well. Typically, these are used for mining, and so they are only armed with a basic laser and claws. But as the battle rages at ground level, who knows what could happen?

Even more goodness, courtesy of the official Playstation blog (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/03/27/dust-514-five-things-we-learned-at-eve-online-fan-fest/).
Looks to me like in a perfect world, we would have some members of the clan working the PC side (EVE Online) and the rest of us kicking ass on the PS3 side (Dust 514).
One Universe. One War
We’ve spoken before about how DUST 514 and EVE Online are ‘linked’ but, actually, that’s putting it lightly. The two games exist on the same single-shard server, they occupy the same universe and economy, and they share social tools such as voice and text chat; it’s more accurate to say that they co-exist, rather than point to one specific point of linkage.
At the DUST 514 keynote last week we saw perhaps the most tangible interaction so far, when an EVE Online Player unleashed an Orbital Bombardment from his spaceship, down on to the ground battle happening in DUST 514, all live on-stage. Afterwards, I caught up with DUST 514 Executive Producer Brandon Laurino to learn exactly how that happened. “So what you saw there uses all of the communication tools we’re making available,” he explained. “We were up on stage but, when you’re at home playing DUST 514, you’re going to be communicating via voice and text chat and saying ‘I need some help down here buddy’ to an ally playing EVE Online.”
“Then what you do is use your Cortex, which is kind of like your portable computer, to paint a target on the surface. That target will show up for the EVE Online player to make their way over to, ready their cannons and, if it all goes off successfully, that shot is going to come down from one game on the PC to another on the PS3, all in real time.”
PS Vita Companion App
We’ve know for some time that the team at CCP Games is working with PS Vita but, until now, we’ve not known what kind of form that is going to take. At the closing keynote on Sunday, Brandon Laurino took to the stage and revealed the first official details on a PS Vita companion app currently known as ‘DUST 514: Neocom’.
“It’s basically a way to stay connected to your game, on the go,” Laurino told us afterwards. “It’s a way for you to have certain features like mail, chat, the marketplace, character fitting and more with you at all times. As we’ve said, this game has a serious amount of depth so it’s useful to be able to sort all of this stuff out on the go so that, when you’re on your couch, you’re straight into the action.
“Above and beyond that, we’ve also got a lot of exciting ideas for how players can also use their PS Vita as a tool to help them when they’re actually in the middle of a battle.”
The Long and Winding Loadout
DUST 514 is an MMOFPS and, therefore, it has a wide array of customisation options and character-levelling opportunities – so many, it was claimed, that it could take players up to seven years to fully level up their characters, and that vehicles are “deeper than most characters in other games.”
To help you on that journey, you will be able to set it up so that your character can accrue skill points passively throughout their existence, so you can be progressing and developing new skills even when you aren’t playing the game.
Back to School
EVE Online fans are some of the most dedicated I have ever seen, but it’s not all aimed at earning profit and taking over galaxies. One group of players has set up the EVE University, which sets out to educate players and maintain an extensive library of wikis.
One group member told me that there are plans to extend the kindness to DUST 514 players, whether you’re looking to learn more about the vast history and politics of the universe, or are finding the aforementioned customisation and levelling systems a little hard to master.
The Future
It’s clear that, when DUST 514 launches fully, it will be the start of a seemingly endless project for the developer. Even at this early stage they offered a glimpse of what they have planned for the future, including giant mechs called MTACs (OPSM even managed to grab a picture); support for eSports and the ability to watch matches in EVE Online and bet on the outcome; and the possibility of extending the action to ‘non-temperate planets’, where fire, gas and other elements may necessitate the use of vehicles.
Perhaps the biggest statement of intent of the weekend was when CCP Games CEO Hilmar Pétursson declared their intent to make the EVE Online / DUST 514 universe the biggest gaming environment in the world. It’s certainly going to be one to watch over the coming years and, perhaps best of all for PS3 owners, it needn’t ever cost you a thing to experience.

Yes. EVE is a game just for PC, but Dust 514 is a spinoff exclusively for PS3. However, they intertwine. So let's say a dozen of us are playing Dust 514, and maybe a half-dozen of us are playing EVE. The two games will interact with each other. Those of us playing Dust might be on the surface of a planet in a shootout, while orbiting above the planet we have some ships that our guys are piloting in a game of EVE. We would be able to request an bombardment from those ships to help us out.
It gets a lot more detailed than that, but that's the gist of it.
BTW, While Dust 514 is going to be free for PS3, EVE is not (although they do not charge for game expansions). I listed the prices below:

Your price list is correct. I think he's just commenting that a 3 month sub is cheaper than a one month.....which is a common practice in all subscription mmo's. For instance, a year is even cheaper than 3 months. But it's all relative.
I was checking it out, and am totally baffled as to how I would start Eve. I'll probably get a trial account, and hopefully figure something out.

If you start a trial Spyder ill help you out, when u get your grove going you will be good to go. The game is based on how u want to play. For instance i am a Miner/Combat Pilot. I can support my missions with mining with my Hulk and i can protect fellow miners with my combat skills. Also the game is run by skill points and not lvling. The game is most famous for when a Capitol Ship was taken down due to a noob skilled in jamming and ECMs to help the fleet take him out. So even as a noob in the game you have value in good Corps.
River, to answer your question man, im not in the USMG Corp, i havent played in a few months and im planning on dusting off my ships pretty soon and building up my ISK.

You can pretty much skip the rest, as it more or less discusses the activities at the fan fest.
Here are some key notes from Game Rant (http://gamerant.com/dust-514-eve-online-integration-robk-143280/):
Trailers for EVE Online have always been somewhat deceiving at offering a legitimate look at gameplay so to see how EVE Online and DUST 514 actually work in unison, check out the video below which highlights the first-person shooter combat of DUST along with orbital bombardment from a starship controlled by an EVE Online player.
Like EVE, DUST is about the in-game money as well and players take on the role of a freelance mercenary. In the example of ground forces calling in help from an EVE Online player, that player accepted a contract to help out one side in the ground battle. DUST 514 players then need launch codes to send to the EVE Online players to confirm the target for orbital bombardment. Players can then paint the target on the ground and boom.

After seeing that, I'm going heavy dropsuit all the way.

Yo fella's saw this on the dust 514.org site! Cant wait to shrd some people in dust, i have started eve about a month ago and have lived in L-H since i started.... yeah i said it! i never lived anywhere but nullsec and plan to take as much ground as i can. I am a member of the broken toys corp and have been looking for some strong willed people to kill alongside. I was Combat Control in the USAF and im soakin it up using the GI bill so i got tons of gaming time... although i like my corp i am not opposed to join a new one or maybe we can even join alliances. Hit me up if you want to do this stuff, I signed up for the beta and WILL be owning people ASAP. This would be a great change from the KIDDIE corps out there.. kinda sick of peoples lack of situational awareness and lack of comms disipline. you active combat guys that play eve know what im talkin bout! lets kick some ass! I also play BF3 and the COD's mostly FFA cuz of poeples lack of teamwork.

Roger that, I have talked to the Corp that I have been with since I started laying. They sounded very interested and already set your status to Blue to open the lines of talk. AS for funding the alliance I pretty much fund my personal army lol Im sitting on about 6 bill isk lmao so if we need isk to make it happen Im willing to sponsor as this will become profitable for all and help when dust rolls out. Plus we have major mining ops and tons of LVL 4 missions and even participate in wars as we have a multi alliance going on. I seen you are located out in caldari region, Im in minmatar region but would be hard to reloacte etc. I want to see if we can coordinate a sit down over TS3 and hash out details to make this mega force rolling :)

Well, if it helps, from the Eve corp's standpoint, the Guristas Pirates, Angel Cartel, Blood Raiders, and Serpentis all hate us. The rest are mostly neutral.

But seeing as these corp's are merc's and sell their services to the highest bidder.... I'm going to put one of my favorites on the list. The Guristas Pirates, there is just something about playing a merc space pirate that is just to cool to pass up.

Well, Angel's, Blood, and Guristas are all pirate groups. They're all basically the same thing, pirate gangs, except they tend to focus in different areas of space. Serpentis is linked to them through missions, which is why they hate our corp as much as the other three.
Templis and Imperial legion are state-based groups, Caldari and Amarr respectively.
Mordu's Legion is the only true non-pirate based merc clan in the game......with Arkombine being a completely new merc group.
Though conveniently, you picked the one pirate group that hates our corp the most, lol.

Not sure, I'm just going off the info on the website they provided. If those are the options, then that's what I'm running.
Depends on how much like Eve they make it. It could be those are the faction/race options, and corp's are player made. That'd be my bet, at least.
Okay, rereading the articles intro, those corps look like they will work exactly like they do in Eve. When you first join the game, you'll be a member of those corps. When you create a player corp, just like in Eve, you will leave those and join your player corp. And if for any reason you leave a player corp....you'll rejoin those NPC corporations.
So with this, my guess is that you'll be able to choose a race. Amarr, Caldari, Minmatar, or Gallente.....and from there you'll be able to join a corp within that races borders. So, for example, choosing Caldari will give you the option to be a Gurista, Mordu, or Templis. And from there, you'll be able to join a player created corp. and through the player created corps, take and give missions from/to Eve corps.
All a guess, of course.

Its not definative yet. I do believe the hardcore PVP will take place in null sec....and I presume thats where the caps will be mostly....high sec is gling to be against NPCs...
I dont think CCP has clearly stated how or who will conduct orbitals.

Might end up being capitals or battle ships and most likely will have to to have both in a fleet with other ships as well

E3 2012: The Last of Us, Beyond and GoW Ascension are great, but Dust 514 is something else
Posted June 5th, 2012 at 23:46 EDT by Steven Williamson
We've seriously underestimated Dust 514. At E3 today we've spent the day at presentations and getting hands-on with all of Sony's first-party titles, including The Last Of Us, God Of War: Ascension and Beyond: Two Souls. But although those three titles do look incredible, our heads are still rattling after seeing the potential of CCP Games' MMO.
Dust 514 is the most ambitious project that the PlayStation franchise has ever seen. Taking place in the unfathombly massive Eve Online Universe, players of PS3's Dust 514 and PC's Eve Online will do battle online against each other, but will also be able to team up together in squads. It's a concept that only the open architecture of the PS3 could possibly handle, but if this really works,it could be amazing.
The persistance online world will be rich with PvE and PvP, including anything from deathwatch battles to the in-depth Conquest mode, where one skilled player will Lord over this army using real-time strategy to command the battlefield in a huge spacecraft hovering over his troops.
Though we've only seen a sample of just how huge and potentially epic these battles could be at this point, Dust 514 has a real chance to capture the souls of core PlayStation gamers like no other multiplayer game with the same addictive qualities that have made Eve Online so popular.
Players continuously grow in the game, choosing to specialise in certain areas, earning in-game currency to spend on a huge range of stuff from augmentation and weapons to armour to vehicles. Players can trade items in a real-time auction house and customise their characters to an incredible amount of depth. A quick look at the inventory system and myriad of menus is at first daunting, but anyone familiar with MMOs will lick their lips to see this sort of depth and scale on console.
Yep, Sony has shown some great games at E3 this year, but none has the potential that Dust 514 has. This is a game that CCP has built to last for many years; and a quick look at a constellation map showing dozens of stars all representing different places to do battle is just the tip of the iceberg, we're told. Mark our word, Dust 514 is about to make a big impression.
Stay tuned for the announcement of the closed beta shortly.

Just read the summer ship update plan from the dev blogs....looks like they are going to give much love to destroyers, and they specifically state they will be used in or orbitals! Thats sweet! It would be cool if it was like WW2 destroyers....get as close to the beach as possible and use direct fire on targets....lol! But i doubt that will happen.

That really makes no sense, unless they make a special tech 2-3 advanced destroyer, especially as an orbital bomber. They're glorified super-frigates.

Actually, it makes sense if the plan is to introduce new special-purpose destroyers specifically for planetary bombardment. Low survivability encourages space combat over the ground combat. Eliminate the enemy destroyers while defending your own. It will tie ground and space ops more closely together.
Depending on what they're going to do with initial insertion & equipment drops, I can see specialized frigates for troop drops as well as specialized haulers for equipment drops.

That would be badass if they do make special Frigs and Desties. I would not mind flying down our guys in a frig then to have a good 2-3 desties fly in ahead to clear a path.

According to CCP, they are in fact adjusting destroyers, currently the Coercer and Commies, and the others for Orbital purposes. They are going to add a few more destroyer hulls too. Its all on the news links on the launcher, i believe under "summer ship updates", all should be in and operational by the summer expansion.

So tech 2-3 advanced destroyers, like I just said, lol.
And if the rest comes to fruition, that would totally change my expectation of how Dust and Eve co-exist. I was expecting Eve to have, at worst, the same PI interface, and at best, interaction with the planet from space. You're talking something completely different though. Will be interesting

After watching the planetary bombardment video from E3.....good gawd.....!! This will be tremendous!
Slightly off topic. There are tech 2 destros in gane, but they have really no application out side of 0.0. They will be adding more that can fit in the low sec world.

Hello everyone, joined this forum back when I got an invite in EvE from Xilvi, so thought I would say hey. About me: live in NEOhio now, own 3 companies, disabled veteran. Was at Planet Ord in late 80's, went out @ Ft. Lewis '93. Ran ops in Central America and Panama, then came back in civilian capacity after 9/11. I have been in Seraphim Initiative and Seraphim Auxiliaries as a Director in Auxiliaries, and have recently returned home to SI. Seraphim Initiative is actively recruiting for a North American, with a heavy leaning towards United States, current Active Duty and Veterans of US Military would be heavily favored here. Please contact Jin'Tanith in Dust514, and Hamish Alexander in EvE. SI is predominately Euro, want to get the North American, emphasis US, faction populated soonest. Our leader wants the US contingent to be the elite shock force in SI, we run in military formations in Corp matches, and the core of our organizations are veterans themselves. Royal Marines and Dutch SF, just to name a few. I will make a channel in Dust, please message me ingame for invite.
Thank you for your renewed interest in USMG. However we do not condone recruiting for other clans on our website. We do support all military and disabled vets and appreciate your service but I'm sure you see why this is an issue. Please submit an application and we will get you squared away if you would like!

I went to try it this morning and while the intro was sweet the servers were down. As for the wrapping your head around it I understand that. I played eve for a little over six months and loved it but that six months is what it took me to train my toon up and learn the skills I wanted to be able to use a really good battle cruiser. I loved that thing but then they took a Nerf bat to it and I was pissed. I wasn't going to pay to play a game for another 6 months just to get into a ship to do pvp.
Ill probably hope on to dust at least to get my skill points going but am going to take my mom out to dinner for her birthday to ight

Because of "life", I have a short period of time to play video games. Before I apply to the USMGE Corp on Dust 514, I was wondering when the USMGE Corp is typically active.
I am usually in Dust 514 (US Central Time) Friday night 2300 to 0200+ Saturday morning, and again Sunday morning 0030 to 0200+.
I'm working on building the proto-Minmatar "Logi-Bro" as my ultimate goal. (Maybe get there in a few years at 5 hrs/week rate of SP accumulation.) Mostly run straight 3-B logi - bullets, band-aids, and bondo; can include AV as needed.
Pet peeve while wearing the green suit was wasting time. If the USMGE Corp isn't active when I'm active, then I won't waste y'all's time or mine applying to the Corp if we can't work together. If we are in game at the same time, I'm willing to be a dedicated logi for the team - always using a headset and don't play "lone wolf".
Count Nitsuj or CW4 Phan, what's the verdict?
PS: Still waiting for the Welcoming Committee "contact for approval" message.

There have been some changes to the USMG side in regards to EVE and DUST514. We are no longer affiliated with USMGE. It is hard to say when someone may be ingame, as we do not have a lot that play. We do have EVE players that are still part of USMGE and others that are active withing other corps. Once you are registered you'll be able to access the full EVE forum that we do have Feel free to apply to USMG on DUST514 and we can get you taken care of, but before that, please submit an application here http://usmg.us/app-process
