You know you have always wanted to see what other players K/D ratio is. So lets get it out in the open.

Post your ratio and also your number of kills and deaths.

I have a problem with this stat...if you think about it K/D ratio is totally useless. For example, I play HQ and actually go for the box...a lot of people are so concerned with there K/D that they don't even play the game type (perpetual Team Camp Match, no matter what game type they are actually playing). I HATE these people as it throws the balance of the entire match and then they proceed to talk crap about how they pawned everybody. No guy, you just sat in a corner the entire game and shot people in the back. Can you tell that I'm bitter!? :D

I totally agree with you. I would go even further, saying that most of the stats mean nothing except your winning ratio. I also go for the objective when I play the game (HQ, Search and Destroy...etc...etc) In those games the other team could rake up all the kills they want and still loose if their not doing the objectives. As a result of going for the objectives I get killed a lot. But my team usually wins.

Besides all this, you have the glitchers...boosters....modded rooms you may end up in. Or matched with people who are really bad players and do not know what teamwork is. Meaning again, you get killed a lot. I wish I had your K/D ratio......hahaha. I don't even watch mine anymore. I just play to have fun and back out of rooms when I'm sure people are cheating.

I agree with you on the boosters!! I hate them!!! And I don't understand why if the room I'm in has boosters and they (room) knows, they just keep on trying to play as if they're not in there? HELLO? You can't win if there are boosters in the room! When I find out that there are boosters in there, I do my best to find them every time and kill them! Screw trying to play the match as is. Other gamers don't do this! Why not? I also report the boosters to XBOX LIVE hoping it helps. Then you got the boosters with more than two people. I call them Circle Jerks. I just wonder who the pivot man is? LOL!!!

I do the same thing. Kill them, report them. I think other gamers don't do this because they don't realize it's going on and continue playing. I've played with many people who haven't even heard of the word "booster"

I would say it's a video game and none of the stats mean anything. especially if you have to have a discussion on what stats matter.if they put the stats in the game they're all meant to be there.

and i have only gotten one nuke, and that was within 2 hours or actually trying to get the nuke, usually i don't play for one, its just not my style to camp.

i usually play the new maps on hardcore, and i am going for the mastery titles, right now im on sub mahchine guns

I like to go for the objective and I notice the people who don't and just work on their k/d.... But I also find it necessary to get kills and not just rush the objective.

I'm not trying to sound stupid or anything, but I've only been playing MW2 on the Xbox for a few weeks or so and last night I noticed during a game one guy had some button symbols in his name and at other times in the lobby they had different colors in their name. Are those the modded guys you were talking? I've never seen any of that on the PS3.

Those are the modded tags; not so sure about that affecting their systems in general; usually you can tell if you see someone in the game that has a predator missile laptop, yet their running with it while using it...."total mod" if you ask me. or if they state they're "hosting 10th prestige" lobbies and such, which is illegal to do over the X-Box, (illegal as in, you get your system banned from X-Box Live)....so, usually if you just stick to playing the normal way, you'd always be okay :)
