Anybody else having MW3 XBL issues?

I can't login tonight. I've tried ten times and get an error saying the MW3 server is not available. Www.callofduty.com/mw3/status says everything is good.

I'm having the same issue. If you go on their forums it's down everywhere. Even OCONUS

yeah im stationed out in Utah i thought it was just me but my cousins back in Brooklyn are having problems and now this post went up so im guessing MW3 is screwed tonight...:confused:

It must be just overloaded, cause I was in until 2205 mountain time, I was playing for about 6 hrs. Then it froze and can't get back on

I thought it was just me for the longest time but i've heard tons of people having the same issues. I think it has to do with the updates they've been doing lately, just my guess though.

I'm having a pretty annoying issue, I went and got the DLC collection 1 today for all the maps and Spec Op missions...but they won't

Each time it goes to 99% and then tells me "Can't be downloaded"....I feel like I have been mugged by activision.

Its fixed..i had to delete them and then download them again...Xbox tech people were no help at all.

@ xbox tech support; They usually aren't, sorry but it's true. I've wasted many a hour talking to people that aren't very well trained. They are only good for the first time user FAQ answers. You know, most of the Xbox 101 questions you can get online.

I have a family member on the kinect design team so she helps me sometimes, but my favorite thing is knowing the next question the tech support will read from their script and say it first. The accents make it hard to understand them though.
