Here it is straight from Beach head
Due to high levels of boosting and cheating detected by our Live Ops team, our winner verification process took longer than expected for the first round of Clan Operations. We are currently working to reduce the gap between the end of a Clan Operation and when prizing is awarded to winners. In addition, we're fine-tuning the leaderboard system to streamline the verification process.
This work is nearly complete and we are tracking to restart Clan Operations very soon. Rest assured, we review every match to identify cheaters and will hold them to our Call of Duty Elite Code of Conduct (http://community.callofduty.com/thread/200396835) in addition to the enforced MW3 in-game Code of Conduct (http://community.callofduty.com/thread/200386535).
