I never use kick on the ACR. Maybe I should do that if I play core.

But then again, I also never empty an entire mag at someone, and generally like having a grenade launcher handy. Maybe I should switch up some.

Hmmm...one of my weapon's of choice is the ACR and I don't use kick. It might be something to consider for core but I am reluctant to abandon my silencer/extended mags combo.

I believe this video is more for CORE than HC...If your not taking them out with your first couple bullets in HC, Your Dead :-)

Well, I tend to use the P90's or the M4A1, maybe I will consider unlocking the ACR early with my next prestige coin.

I always assumed the ACR was similar to MW2...it didn't need much kick and I really hadn't noticed much kick on it. Put kick on the rifle and it does make a difference.

ACR was legit in MW2 this new ACR on 3 definitely has some kinks but it's much more realistic. I think kick is overrated on it... you really don't need it at all.

A silencer on the ACR is mandatory. All it should do is silence it and reduce range, but it behaves like a different gun and the range is unbelievable!

I think kick on the ACR is a waste. I use Attachments, cause as Pak said, the suppressor is a must and I like the Red-Dot sight as well. Sometimes I forego the RD and run Extended Mags.

They say the silencer doesn't reduce damage but damnit if someone runs into me close range on core i could unload and they still live. I have found a new liking to the LMG's plenty of ammo for me

i use the acr 6.8 alot and have tryed alot of different combo for hc and core the best set up i have found for both is silencer and stabilty... put together with blind eye... hardline and marksman...then specialist .. scavenger,,assassin and steady aim..
is a class to cut thou just about anyone..

I wish the silencer on my striker didn't drop the range and damage so much.... I may try the damage proficiency with it today as a test

The silencer is supposed to reduce damage at range, but it doesn't seem to on the ACR. It does pretty bad on CQB weapons (like SMGs)

I was referring to my ACR don't really like SMG's not good with them

I haven't had a problem with the ACR w/ silencer. Admittedly, I haven't played a ton with it.

It might be in my head but I feel like since they did the scrub on the lmg's it feels like the acr isn't as effective with a silencer. I "feel" like i'm losing more gunfights now then I used to. But like I said it could be in my head.

on core it does feel like the silencer has taken alot of damage away the last week or so... try putting stability on it help a little

My ACR w- silencer feels the same to me. It depends on the game (how my connection is) as to how effective it is. I agree with Pak on this one. ACR w-silencer and RD rocks. And I get a lot of long shots (anti sniper) as well as head shots with it.

Yeah its entirely possible my issue is my connection. Its been terrible lately. I have a feeling when I get home i'm going to be a completely different player when I have a good connection. My reaction time will be so much quicker I won't lose as many of the gunfights i'm losing now because of "lag" ;)

I do whatever I can to not use a sight so I can use other attachments.

$70. Its a promo that goes up to $80 after 6 months so i'm not sure if I'll keep it. Its a little overkill just to play call of duty but my wife does a lot of photography stuff online to so its nice on that we can both be doing something at the same time.

Ya I've got Comcast as well, works pretty good for me I think I have 10 or 12mb 25 sounds insane like Verizon's fiber optic those are business speeds there

That's what I was thinking... I download a lot and can't imagine that kind of speed maybe when I move I will hook it up
