If you have a code from buying the hardened edition it does but if you just bought elite premium after 12 December then you are not a founder.

But it doesn't matter how you get a code if you get one you can become a founder.

Yeah I'm done prestiging anyway so i really don't care. Maybe if this were something that we could have attained within the first few months the game came out it would have been cool. But I honestly couldn't care less at this point, unless i decide in a moment of weakness to prestige again at some point.

I still don't see it. 2x xp is 1 hour = 2 hours. 4x xp is 1 hour = 4 hours. Those are not the same. In order to make the end sum of 2xp = 4xp you have to increase the hours. So it becomes 2xp x 2 hours = 4x xp x 1 hour. So if that math is correct (and it might not be) then 1 hour 4x is better. Either way it is way to early in the morning for this and since I am the only one who seems to have issues with it I will just shut up and color.

Nope, it's not that serious. You did clearly level more this weekend. You would have gotten the same level without it though, it would have just taken a couple of hours longer. It would have also been the exact same amount of a bonus. That's what Pak, Kant, and I are all trying to tell you......since you said you can't see it.

I thought we were about having people who wanted to be here and supported the ops..not about who has a little xp to give. Anyway, I just found my red crayon so I am going back to coloring now.

This is the thing, the push for founders isn't just so we can get a measly 500 xp. It is to ease the burden of trying to compete in 41 clan ops and try and hopefully narrow some of those down. Right now we have 41 ops sitting at about 123 hours of straight no bullshit playing and you are trying to level with us about 8 hours? We are using it as a tool to recruit new members because that's the smart thing to do. Everyone's hard work shouldn't be viewed as something that is set aside here, you should compete in these clan ops not because you want cool titles emblems and to reap the rewards of the clan, but to be a part of USMG as a whole. Lives are going to happen on the outside, some of us have a lot more free time than others we understand that. It's not about a limit as to how many founders we can because in reality we know that there are not very many left. Non-founders who apply will still be treated as normal applicants and treated as such. Which really shouldn't be a concerning issue due to the fact that the amount of members we have has never been one. If quad XP is that important to you than you need to save up prestige tokens and use it when it benefits you. For someone who has almost 20 days logged in in-game time I would think that the whole point thing wouldn't be an issue. If you feel like you need a different answer please message myself, Pak, Guillermo, Havok, Spyder... we are all in agreement on the issue about what's best for the clan.

Honestly I don't understand any of these issues. I came in a couple of months ago on the 360 side. Cause our ps3 side was very limited. I am founder on ps3, but premium on 360. I could use the XP multiplier, but if I don't get it, I still will game with the USMG members elite clan or not. I play the ops because I requested to be in the ranks of elite and like the army I treat it as an oath that if real life doesn't keep me away(and my girlfriend schedule around open times) I am side by side my brothers and sisters. I let myself be shot or blown up so my squad member can get the kill or tag. Yeah I know you guys have your opinions and some like to argue even if there's no reason, but I even when I rant about running lone wolf, I am still about clan, team and USMG first. I just don't get why there us even an issue. And the founders recruitment is for new members for the empty slots to lure players in. Pac has always said your spot is safe if you have a reason to not be available or participate in the ops. That's pretty lenient. I have been in clans where miss 2 ops or competitions reasons or not and your cut. OK returning my soapbox to its proper position and shutting back up. I love this community ....fuckers lol

If we weren't on the tail end of 2X XP for 2 weeks, there might be a point in all this. But there's no standing even with multipliers when comparing 8 hours to 336 hours. Kant gets my point. Look at the macro view. 41 clan ops is a shitload of ops. It seems like we've been doing it forever and we only have 26 ops/badges under our belt. If you think guys aren't gonna fall off or get bored, then you're wrong. Some are bored NOW. There is a plan and timeframe in place for this short recruitment effort. No good solid (premium/founder) recruit will be turned away.

Thank you. Guys may see me as a dick for whatever reason, but everything I do is in the best interest of the clan. The result of hard choices are the reason we have the success we've had. NO ONE has ever been cut due to performance. Only for lack of participation and even then, I've readmitted some guys 2-3 times and they are even now on the verge of being cut once again. Just give us some slack and enjoy the ride.

It was not about me, it was about trying to do what was best for the group. This could have been resolved with a bit more clarity for those of us not in the know. It started with someone saying the two types of xp bonuses are the same..I pointed out they are not. The message says we are only recruiting founders so I brought up what happens with non founders. The bonus is being used to tempt people to join so I asked about the number required and how that was different then rewarding people who did not help get us here. The only thing I was looking for was clarity and tried pointing out the areas I felt needed it.

On a side note I do resent people implying I am in this for myself. I have been in every op I could be and for a long time did not miss one. I have played through the worst elite has thrown at us and am still giving it my all. I thought after all this time I had proven I am not here for emblems or titles or whatever but I guess not. For those that care I am now using blue.

We say that we are recruiting founders only in hopes to bring them out and not gain an overflow of applicants who are here just for the level 40. I have at least 5 messages every time I log in from randoms and I am sure Pakman is the same. Each applicant is dealt with the same. If you wanted clarity the party system via XBL would have been a better choice rather than thinking we are just doing it to hold out on you. As far as being the "voice" of the our fellow members they can chat in the forums just like us, if they have concerns they can voice it themselves this isn't a Republic. You don't need to try and say you participate and put in work, we know you do. If your commitment was in question it would've been brought up. The purpose of the Green Team is to keep things flowing on the site. There are a lot of things behind the scenes that are needed to be worked out so we don't fill you guys in on everything for a reason. Within a week we will either have more founders or will most likely release the double XP. 41 ops is a LONG road. All that we ask is that you trust us. Everything we do is for the big picture. Like everything in the military...

Since all the cool kids are talking about the quad xp I thought if chime in too. I used a prestige token over the weekend and played search. I got 2000 points per kill and 4000 for a headshot. My highest for a single match was 24000 points not including challenges or match bonus. This doesn't change the math on the previous debate but it's freakin sweet and I highly recommend it if you ever get the chance.and I'm not even good at search!

Assuming you get every single kill in a max Search game, you only get 25.....and that never happens. And you can generally play 2-3 matches of almost any other gametype in the time it takes to play one Search match. Don't let the big numbers trick you... :p

Its all about the person behind the controller. I flat out suck at search so trying to play that during double xp is a waste for me. I also know a few people who can not play KC and so they get less xp per match when they do. I did use the double xp time to try out some other game types though. Figured worse case scenario was I would be close to a normal KC game as far as xp. I wound up with 60 something kills in a HC HQ game but that was apparently not to be repeated.

What's weird is that I'm a founder and the clan got my 500xp and i got all the perks, but on the clan page and in clan ops results my emblem is red (at least it is on my computer screen). When I'm at my main elite page it all shows green so I'm not sure why they aren't both the same.
