So today I was playing with a few clanmates when I got recruited by a clan leader via voice message who says he saw my name because we're in the same USAF group on Elite. They're level 16 blh blah blah. I'm trying to decide if he's just fucking with me, because he'd see that I have our clan advertised to the top of that group feed. Anyway, I'll show you the text transcript thus far:

Me: Clan name?

Leader: ipro gaming crew (we are a core tdm clan for the most part)

Leader: compare our overall tdm to our weekly... in what 2 game modes do u play most?

Me: I'm apart of the USMG. Check us out: USMilitaryGamers

Leader: NO OFFENSE, but ur overall k/d is low. i do like ur emblem, and it appears that u hav alot of inactive members, as it does low k/d members, idk u hav everything private for sum odd reason

Me: Thx, as a military clan its based on the medal of honor. You value K/D and that's fine. You have a K/D standard yet you have a few silver badges and even a bronze in TDM. We value teamwork which is why we have nothing but gold badges.

Hell ya Pak awesome shit. I find it funny how people think there is skill in TDM or even a HC Domination not regular. Last night with stone and some others we played a quick game of HC Dom since I just prestiged. We ended up losing by 100 pts but the best part was them talking shit. I could have a 4.0 KDR if I wanted to camp in a corner and end 8-2 on each game. During the rush for gold badges it is about total kills....not KDR. If they had any clue they would understand the system. I am perfectly happy with my 1.3 KDR and even more happy with my Clan. For me, it isn't just about Elite, it is about the whole community here.

We didn't lose a single match and people (other clans we ran across) were popping off about how "None of those guys even went positive, what a bunch of clowns"... USMG response - "Well look at our clan's ranking and the scoreboard and then tell us who the clowns are. This op isn't about kills hero its about captures, and we clearly had more of those than you did as we destroyed you in the score."... Nothing follows, LOL :heh:

You ever notice that people in lobbies only talk about your K/D after you just smoked them in a match. They fail to realize that K/D only measures someone's skill in free for all. Last weekend when our clan op was dom. I was lone wolf when I jumped into a room and went up against another clan that was very good on domination but they never captured any other points, once they had two they just sat a camped.

It's just funny how some just don't understand the point of the Clan Ops and how they work. They think it's all about K/D-R and they boast on how good they are and how great their clan is.

I look forward to the KC, because it's not how many you kill but how many confirms you get. I've actually ranked third in points with only 9 kills. It's all about grabbing the tags as you're shopping.

He was talking up his clan saying how they have 3 squads now because they have so many people and how they have 22 gold medals or something like that, then Brian asked the best question ever! "Hey dude how many Championship badges does your clan have?" ... Cricket... Cricket... Well we have like 3 squads and we're level 46, blah blah blah. He ended up quitting out of the match before it was even close to being over.

i got ripped all per game by 2 member's of SMOKING ACES (clan level 50) but shut up after the match when i went 62 for 8 lol..... for such a high clan they never ran like a clan
