Cloud Saving in MW3???

I got my hands on an big old white Xbox hard drive that I'm gonna strip down and use in the Slim...I've done this already with a
20 gig and I'm currently using it now with no deficiencies found as of yet...My question is the saved data on the current one. Anybody familiar with data transfer...only things I care about is MW3, BF3 and Zuma..which would all fit on the memory on the xbox or cloud....I need to do this asap GRFS and BF3 ate my shit up...:kev:

Haha fuck ya they did those two are space hogs like a son of a bitch! I know they sell a cable for data transfer not sure how it's done!

The XBox has a cloud save feature, but I believe it is only for your profile, if you go to memory on the xbox it should show what is where and the cloud should be shown. The data transfer cable is something that is sold separately but is hard to find, and you need two XBoxs to do the transfer (HDD has to be hooked up on each one). Let me know if something isn't working and Ill try and guide you through it.

Anything you DL can be redownloaded by going to your account management within your dashboard and the dl history. As far as rank and stuff like that for MW3 and BF3 multiplayer, that is managed by servers and has nothing to do with your saved data; single player on the other hand is only saved on your HDD. Zuma would be on your HDD as well...

WTF am I talking about you can put the info onto a reg thumb drive or something like that, you just have to format it (everything on the thumb drive would be erased) and then you can put it on there. Do you have a gig or higher thumb drive, cause then it would be a one time transfer?

Good stuff, remember it will ask to format it, that just means it will make it accesable (by erasing old data) and allowing only to be used on the box. Let me know if you need help or whatever

yeah we got them laying around here blank bc she has to format them for PBUS all the time...
