We've handled all ops with ease, however, I want to prepare us for a particular op most of us may have little to no experience with.

This image was taken from the Connect portion of Elite. Look at the badges and notice the flag? Could it be most caps in CTF?! I dunno but I'd hate to jeopardize XP and gold if this were to pop up in the near future. Does anyone play this mode?!

I haven't played it since BO so I'm not sure what it's like in MW3. We normally had two people camp the flag and the rest went on offense. If this is a most captures, groups of six will be the best idea. Since the clan is big enough we could pick one or two people to always cap the flag. If your not the one and have the flag, then once you get close just grenade yourself and let the "chosen" one take it in.

I play it all the time and play mostly defense. Most of the time the flags are where A and C dom points are. The trick I have seen the most is taking a side and making the other team spawn on one side of the map and having a free avenue to run the flag, the important thing doing this is 2 good teamwork defenders.

I have some time in on MW3, and quite a bit before it on Blops.

SMG + Extreme Conditioning are essential, blast shield is nice, and a tac insert is beneficial for the runner.

Have two guys set for ultimate campage as flag defenders, and 1-2 designated runners. Minimum of 4 man teams.

As was mentioned, flags are generally located at A & C dom points. Captures occur when someone carries their flag to your flag. Your flag must be at the capture point. Games are set as 3 captures, switch sides, 3 more captures. A sudden death final round will decide a tie.

Matches are as fast or slow as you let them be. It's hypothetically possible to run 2 minute matches, if you operate well enough.

While this match could be a given, it could be our first failure if we aren't careful.

I've never played this type before, but I'd guess I would be best at defending rather than running. I get killed when I run. :) We should get together and practice some.

I used to run CTF on MW2 and BO... we we're really good but it's not about running and gunning it's about covering each other. Shouldn't have any issues grabbing gold. I know Angels was competitive at it as well. Looking forward to some new ops. NO MORE HC TDM!

I used to play this all the time on BOps also, I would say that I was slightly above mediocore at it. The Tac Insert is key for the flag runner, wish that thing didn't unlock at such a stupid high level. This is definitely a team game. Going solo on this one probably wont end well. I expect a lot of people that arent in clans will be on as well padding their K/Ds with all the flag rushing madness. Should be a good time though. Hope it fits around my work schedule...

wasnt one of our first ops defends for Dom. CTF is one of my favorite game types but no one plays it

I played a lot of HQ domination and ctf in black ops. I play HQ or ctf alone alot. Yeah its been hard lately to get on other than ops. I want to play but Since I'm on vacation or working in Vegas most of next month without my girlfriend, I feel obligated to give her extra attention for all she does for me.

I am down with that. The amount of boosters in clan ops is frustrating so we can have people who are going for gold and who want the points and leveling up can run the circles. Gold isn't the standard it is just what we do. We poop on all others lol.

There should be at least one lobby that does the clock. Gold should still be the goal every time out and it would be a letdown for it to end now just because Pak left.

Well I can say this, one positive thing to take away from all this is that the guys are definitely concerned about this Clan and it's goal. Gettin Gold won't be an issue because there is still a vested interest in these Ops. It's become clear that this Elite Clan is a rallying point to many of you and that will continue.
