You've probably seen this "Bad Games" commercial for GameFly.

I got to thinking...what are some of the worst games you've ever played?
I recently wrapped up one called "Hydrophobia". I only picked it up because it was free through PlayStation Plus and supposedly had easy-to-earn trophies. I'm SOOO glad I didn't pay money for it. It was absolutely horrible. The story, gameplay, mechanics....GAWFUL!
So with that being said, what are some of the absolute stinkers you've played?

I can't remember what the name of the game was, time splitter or something, but you go back in time and have to "fight" your way back to present day and then the future. Well the game sucks because everyone moves so slow its like slow motion, the enemies moves were extremely predictable and your weapon list was garbage. It was for PS1.

XBOX's first RPG Game called Excalibur (something like that)....shit was G.A.Y. You could only hit enemy's if they were in the squares that your weapon had access too do damage.
Dark Souls.... holy crap that game is annoying as hell.
BF3 single player campaign and multiplayer too...sometimes.
for me it would have to be metal gear soild or gears of war... hate them games...:hand:
Wizardry 7 for the PC...i tried to get into it, i mean really tried! ended up using the CDs for coasters to hold my beer lol then i enjoyed the game much better :D

Rage is freaking sweet bro.
But my bad games would be Alpha Protocol (too much wasted potential) and Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime)
Oh and the whole Killzone franchise.

I sadley did pay full price for that one. I stopped playing a couple hours in. the original ninja gaiden for nintendo was the most frustrating thing I've ever played, was a great game but so freakin hard I threw my controller and became convinced my nintendo had become sentient and was now cheating to torment me.

oh wow yeah the SP was rough, I only got as far as the mission at night with the mortars....that search light that is supposed to be shining at you, yeah it turns my whole screen white whenever it is anywhere near me or half the screen turns white if it's to either side of me. only way i could play is if i always kept the searchlight completely behind me. I eventually got frustrated and gave up on it and still have yet to come back to it. maybe they've patched it by now?

Gears was frustrating but amazing! MGS is one of the games that got me going early on. Snake Pliskin is a beast. Personal preference though of course a lot of people can't do the the whole third person thing. If you disliked GoW you won't like GRFS I don't think...

Not necessarily. I couldn't stand Gears, beyond campaign playthroughs on easy for graphics and story. Utterly despised multi. But I'm loving GRFS. GRFS is far more Rainbow 6 than it is Gears.

He just said two really big third person shooters so I just figured he probably wouldn't enjoy it as much as others. The controls of Gears took a lot more getting used to than COD. If you were a newb at GoW you were going to stay one for a bit lol

I totally agree with you on the singel player campaign mode for BF3. Straight up wanted to kill my remote when I first played it

I still haven't finished it... Maybe after I move and I'm waiting for my Internet to get connected!

It's because of the campaign mode, I won't play BF3 anymore. I can't adjust to the button config. Gaming on MWF has me used to its button config that when I play BF3, I get confused.
