For those who have devices/plans -

Who is your carrier?
Group rates or discounts (Yes/No):

No personal details, or rate info - just the above.

I just want to see what carrier people are using and if they are getting any discounts or group rates above retail plans. Simple as that.

Verizon
No
15 percent military discount.
Normally 130 a month but I pay little over 90
Not bad considering that verizon is top notch as far as for service in the Baltimore area and I have 2 gigs of data, unlimited messages and pic messages. I think I have something around 450 minutes a month but all my friends have verizon. So it works out in my favor

AT&T.
Yes, Family plan and a 20% Union discount.
My wife and I have an older AT&T plan, but since we were customers before the tiered plans started, we get to keep ours. It's 500 shared minutes(that roll over if not used), unlimited text & web browsing, Free nights & weekends, and Free to any other AT&T customer. We pay around $140-145 a month for 2 iPhones.

The entire company was bought out by verizon, but most people on alltell were allowed to keep their plans. This was great for them, because they got alltell pricing with verizon service.

Here it's only Verizon or AT&T, alter was bought by Verizon but due to monopoly laws AT&T was able to buy for less and move into my state.

Wife has my grandfathered $40 employee SERO account. 500 min, unlimited text and data

I have the Sprint plus discount plan. Same as above but with "premium data" since its 4G which I hardly use. $70-80 I think. $124 with taxes and fees. I get my moneys worth. Used 10 GB of data last month.

Yeah if the service works the price is great. Unfortunately, around here all my friends who have had Sprint have told me it's spotty, so I just went with Big Red. Too bad.

I upgraded to a droid maxx and somehow kept my unlimited data and no changes I price. Smiling and flirting with the single mom customer service rep helped

If you hadn't kept your unlimited data I would have screamed bloody murder. That's supposed to be guaranteed, not something hard to get.

That is a 5 yr old option they don't offer anymore, last time I was in there they said if I want to upgrade I have to switch to a 4gb plan.

Negative, they tried to scam you out of unlimited data. If you had it you keep it. Verizon is trying to cut back on data traffic because it is slowing there network down!!
