I know it's been a while since I personally picked this game up, but there's a little incentive to revisit it. Perhaps another idea for a clan get together?

I'm already topped out on lvl, legendary 5 lvl 50 I think it was, so XP isn't much use to me but freeroaming around with friends is always fun. This should also help for any trophy/achievement hunters who still haven't gotten to lvl 50 or passed into legend

She said she had written an email to Rock Star San Diego asking if and when they were going to make another RDR game and they neither confirmed nor denied plans or progress on it.....typical lol. But i would enjoy seeing another game added to the series

Yeah, I remember she was very much into this. I think i played with five to seven other people last night. One of those guys was obviously a hardcore fan, as he went something like 17-1 in a free-for-all match. It took me a while to remember that you can use deadeye in MP matches.

During the afternoon you can enter the random drawing to win two custom Red Dead Xbox 360 controllers, plus 20 runners-up will win prize packs. Each prize pack includes a Rockstar t-shirt, Red Dead playing cards and a bunch of stickers. Just enter your details under 'Sweepstakes Entry' on the multiplayer events page during the afternoon for your chance to grab some goods.

HOW TO FIND ROCKSTAR
Start up multiplayer from the main menu. This will place you into Free Roam. Add one of the Gamertags above as a friend, and while you're waiting to receive an invite check out the chat and live stream on the multiplayer events page. Also feel free to play through a few rounds with other players while you're on.

HOW DOES FREE ROAM WORK?
Free Roam is the game lobby in Red Dead multiplayer. You can ride around the entire map with friends, take down Gang Hideouts and stake your claim at Land Grab points. We'll be forming posses and then heading into several game modes during the evening.

FORMING A POSSE
To start the game, invite your friends, form a posse and find Rockstar, follow these steps:

1. From the main menu, press 'Start' and then enter 'Xbox LIVE Multiplayer' by pressing the 'X' (blue) button.

2. Once in a Free Roam lobby, press the 'Back' button to open the in-game multiplayer menu.

3. Press the 'RB' button and then the 'Y' (yellow) button to 'Invite Friends'. Invite at least one friend into your posse using the 'A' (green) button.

4. Once your friends are in the game, press the 'Y' (yellow) button again to return to the 'Players' menu and select them with the 'A' (green) button to 'Propose New Posse' or 'Send Posse Invite'.

5. Once you and your friends are ready to go, start up the game mode we're currently playing. This can be found in the chat as the event rolls along.

As stated, pay close attention to the chat to know what game mode we're currently playing. See you in the event on Friday...
