You don't have "rat turning wheel so lights show up" graphic card as a choice...

You should have an option "out of my price range". :)
I don't think there such a thing as a best card... Video cards have pros and cons regardless.. Just depends on what suits your budget and needs..
That Radeon ICE-X card you installed for me works great! I can go 6-8 hours on Diablo 3 and it doesn't get all that hot. A little less for SWTOR, 5-6 hours

i have an ultra beastly, ultra uber amazing.....intel integrated graphics card lol
but it's ok because Microsoft tells me my Windows Experience index subscore in graphics is a 5.1 so clearly it's amazing and never needs to be upgraded. ever

you're running win 7 now right?
click start menu, right click computer, select properties. under the system section there should be a part that says Rating, click that to expand and it will give you a breakdown of your subscores in each category and you can click view detailed performance and system info to get a more in depth breakdown of all the parts in your computer and what score microsoft feels that rate. the higher the score the better, i'm guessing it's out of 10 so my hardware ranks about in the middle

I'm not sure how they're rated, but it's designed so that when new technology comes out, it can be compared to the old stuff. Like when Vista first came out, super high-end machines were around 5, and now like he said, it's at 7.9.
I win .. :D

Ok I feel better now that I see your Disk Data Transfer Rate is the same as mine! Lol
