yeah .. we had to do that in the beginning of the war in afghan.. when i was here for OEF 1... we burn shit ... had a duty roster and all!.. with the 1sg and Commander on it too.. only us flight guys were exempt.. but we had to do it once in a while.. and it sucked!! JP8 & Shit!!... i helped my crew dog once doing it cause our night mission got cancel... the smell alone could give you PTSD...by the time i made it back here from iraq .. i think OEF 3 they have blue/green porto-shitters everywhere now...

...burned or E-tooled shit for the entirety of 2 deployments (18 months sans toilet, running water)suck city, thankfully I was an NCO so I just suped...didn't see a toilet until I shit in Ueday Hussein's gold plated one after we took $900K out of the drywall and dragged his body out of rubble from a bad ass ground troop "lased" missle strike...

I used to assign shit detail as a punishment, till i realized how many guys were messing up on purpose to watch movies and write letters while stirring the poo. started doing it myself for a day off once in awhile.
