Memorial Day is a somber reminder of our lost comrades. Maybe its PTSD but I cant celebrate it, I just remember too much shit in 2003-2004....this year, I'm gonna try the Barbecue Celebration here instead of drinking that day away watching the race and boohooing over every time I hear Taps, Amazing Grace or a fly over....Tits sound great....

Even though I am huge NASCAR fan, being in Indiana we go to the Indy 500 every year. When that lone trumpet plays taps you can always tell the guys and gals who served or were a military family. We are all standing perfectly still fighting back the tears. That song rips me apart every time I hear it.
