I just want to take a sec to thank DB, Tracker, and Gooseman_71 for some great rounds on the Battlefield last night.
Full USMG squad = mass casualties for the bad guys!
Tags were taken, fun was had, AND we even worked in a short conversation on Man Thongs *LOL*
All told GREAT NIGHT!

Damn maybe I need to get a PS3. I was lucky enough to have 2 other USMG guys on 360 the other day, but that's so rare. Maybe my buddy would let me borrow his PS3 sometimes. Hmmm...:confused:

Well there's still some stuff I need to finish up on the Xbox side on BF3, and then maybe end of June or so I will swap with him for a little while, go pick up BF3, and start it up. Don't want to swap back and forth a lot for fear of letting controls confusion affect me game.:D

Yeah, I try to get on every night but this week and last have been pretty crazy. Rest of the summer should be a little more chill, so like I said I'll try and hit you guys up next month. I'm pretty hardcore on BF3 and who knows? Maybe I'll like it so much I'll just keep borrowing it and pick up DUST 514 as well.:cool:

Mardi is partially right. While we definitely have beer (and a few other choice beverages), the man thongs are exclusively Jack's. However, he is likely to offer to share them, so use at your own risk.
EDIT: Try Craigslist. You can probably find a PS3 on there for cheap.

I always have much more fun playing BF3 with you USMG guys versus randoms. We actually work together and most of the time end up top squad due to our teamwork.

no joke, Lady has gotten way better at MW3. It's all she really plays so she's improved a lot and out plays me most of the time. Plus she just got a new blazing fast connection so she's beasting on there lol

Just ordered my half-off copy of BF3 for PS3 and my buddy said it was fine with him to trade consoles for awhile so sometime soon I will join you guys! Probably after Close Quarters comes out for 360 - I want to give that a go first.

Yes they made it before the end anyway lol. They aren't nominated or anything so as long as they make the bar they'll be happy I'm sure lol.
They had a good excuse though cos they played Download festival in Derby last night so had quite a long journey to London ....with all the other traffic leaving at the same time!

Well apparently that giant download had CQ buried somewhere inside, and so I already had it a week before I got to play it but it was locked. Stupid, stupid. And it was so confusing because I spent an hour looking for how to download CQ when I already had it.

Well on PS3, Close Quarters dropped the 6th I think it was. The 5th was when the latest major game update came out (the 2+GB one that took you forever to download). On Xbox 360, Close Quarters was supposed to come out the 12th, but when I turned on my Xbox, I couldn't find it availiable for purchase/download anywhere - in the Xbox Live Marketplace or the Battlefield Premium in-game store. It even said "Congratulations! You have now unlocked Close Quarters!" - but I still couldn't find it. Then one of my buddies I was playing with told me I already had it - it was just automatically unlocked on the 12th even though I had already "downloaded it" a week before.
