First issue with Apex Coalition

Hey guys, if u havent heard from Alieana or myself yet in game. We do have our first issue with the coalition. While i was enroute to our HQ in Lustrevik, one of our WTs Father Rex decided to log on to play. So our ally FD decided to form a 2 man fleet to track him down. Myself and Alieana were enroute to system. Alieana was first to arrive in system while i was still 14 jumps away. Fother Rex was flying a Tornado while most of us will agree are OP as hell right now with the range they can engage and damage they can do. So Radax decides to engage Rex from his optimal range in Nano Fit BC's. To make the story short it ends up FD losing 2 BC's and getting pissed off by booting us off comms and removing myself and Alieana from fleet.

The fit starts when Radax blames us for losing so many ships and saying our experience is no wonder why we lost high proced ships to them. Granted i have to agree with him, our losses have been to slip ups and no awareness to our surroundings, but i must say. If this is how an Ally FC acts when its piss poor planning and a quickly spun up fleet and an op BC they are engaging, then i think we need to start thinking of finding somewhere else to call home. As of right now USMG is doing good as a solid group on our indy side, we have solid FCs for PVP, and we got access to LVL 4s. I think if we have another blow up like this and we get booted for a mishap i think we need to find a new home.

He did cancel his invite for my mining OP Tonight so I don't know whats going on. I again thoroughly apologize, that kind of behavior is unacceptable in any manner. I don't condone those kind of actions. I will speak with him and If this is the way things are going to go, then I prob will take my 1 Bill isk and and slide over to USMG to help build an Empire.

He did get on after i logged off and by what i saw from the convo the negotiations didnt go well as there was still heat from the events. If the issue cannot be resolved i have a feeling we will have to go somewhere else. But u dont have to leave ur corp for us though it would be appreciated with ur assistance hehe, we are not goin to pass up bring Clan members into the fold.

The main thing is that there was a lack of planning, and a complete misdirection in orders from the FC. We tried to resolve the issue but the FC was not even attempting to understand his failures. As we all understand, planning and strategy are key, granted even the best strategies can be abandoned during a fire fight, but we needed a plan last night.

Maybe a meeting between the heads of the corporations to discuss our concern over the issue would be a good step in deciding our future alliance with FD. If nothing can be worked out then we should move on elsewhere. I feel we are doing ok solo at the moment since we are still developing the corp.

I'm still too noobish to Eve for my opinion to mean much lol but if I'm understanding the situation right, it sounds like the FC rushed into the fight without having everyone forward then got ticked off because not everyone was around when they started loosing ships....not cool if I'm understanding this right...sounds like someone jumped the gun a little...

Ok just from the OP I can identify several things wrong with that engagement without being there. The FC engaged without rallying and consolidating assets. Second he engaged within the optimal of a 'Nado which is a definite no-no. There was no plan, no coherent FC and no intel. The fact that he threw a fit when reality was it was his fault. I personally don't think I'll ever fly with him if that's how he reacts to pixels assploding!

Gentlemen,

We have come to a decision of cutting ties with FD. With this issue we can not forgive or forget, we understand that stress can take over but we have come to the decision of seperating ties and making our own USMG Alliance in the future. There will be changes but we will still maintain what we stand for. For Veterans, Current Service Members, and Civilians to enjoy gaming their own way and to have fun with fellow people who think the same way. We will be packing up and moving from Lustrevik to Hirizan. DOC, i understand u are a member of FD and u are welcome to stay with them. You are more than welcome to come join us in the USMG Corp and help us build. But the decision is urs to make. But back to business, we will setup shop in Hirizan and set out from there. You are not required to set up shop in the system with the Corp but we do ask u to be somewhat nearby for Corp Ops.

I can't read it because I'm half-blind at the moment, but it doesn't sound good. Sorry this came down on you Doc, you were pretty much the driving force behind the full alliance in the first place, which personally I have to thank you for, regardless of how it worked out in the long run.

Sorry inet went down. I talked to rad hashed everything out got my isk back and resigned my M10 pos we will remain blue status and will parallel if in need. I will be joining after my 24 hour resignation period ends. I apologize, in advance it will take me some time to move assets as I do have tons lol.

As far as Radax is concerned he is apologetic and feels bad he would have done things diff if he could and admits to being hot headed. He understands my alliance to USMG and understood my direction in the game. He also stands I have other ambitions and FD doesn't follow in my path to those goals.

I hold no ill will in any manner towards anyone I am glad this is resolved and
We can push onward towards an empire.

1- do we have the money for rent?
2 - divisions? Setup ?
3- what do I need to do to work towards the mining M10 pos again amongst other things?
4- shares are u dealing in shares or no?

I think i can help u in some of ur questions man.

1. Yes we have money right now, about 110 mil isk in the corp wallet.
2. As of right now we are working on the situation.
3. IDK what an M10 POS rank is but if ur asking about promotions u will have to talk to Tim about that.
4. We do have shares and again Tim is ur man.

As for FD i think Tim worked out our differences and we are on even ground now. So again, i am glad USMG has u with us now.

Rent is paid, I make sure that is my responsibility, for now at least.

We are breaking into three core divisions.
Mining, PVP/PVE, and Industry. (Surprise)
Each division will have a head officer, and subordinate ranks to fill whatever positions are needed.

3- what do I need to do to work towards the mining M10 pos again amongst other things?
I am unclear about M10, but I can say that everyone is going to see some promotions flying around like crazy, if someone feels they are able in a certain position, then they will get a shot to prove their chops.

I want to basically have the three cores set up well enough that I can focus on the "Alliance" end of organization, the intent is to break those three corps away from the one we are all in and build an alliance out of the four corporations. So, we will be looking for people with CEO potential.

4- shares are u dealing in shares or no?
I am distributing shares, and I intend to have them be a "Benefit" of ranks, positions etc. The distribution and votes will be directly effected by the amount of shares one holds. I am still working on an efficient way to operate the shares, learning ya know.
