Multiple sources (including this cover from Game Informer) indicate that a brand new Gears of War title is coming. Details are expected to be announced by Microsoft and Epic Games during next weeks E3 festivities.

LOL...I know.

Just thinking out loud here since I mentioned E3....if they happen to make any kind of surprise announcement for Killzone 4 at E3, that scream of joy you hear around the world will be coming from me. ;)

I'm still going to buy GoW3. Only because I have the first two and because I enjoyed playing the first two as well.

With UE4 set to be the next big thing for future games, it better be a tech demo or launch title for the next xbox. Not sure why consoles on their last legs are getting franchise sequels that could be launchpads to new trilogies/spinoffs on a NEW console. Look at Halo 4. Does that need to come out this gen? If they bring out a new Gears on this tech, then I'll boycott it or wait to Gamefly it.

I don't know...I will boycott the new console if it has always-on DRM or any sh*t like that. I'd rather see it come out on something I know I would be willing to play on. Heck, I may not even get a new console, since I'm going to build myself a nice gaming desktop next year.

The reason I didn't like it was that it didn't answer ANY of the main questions it posed in the first two games. Yea Marcus' father help create the Locusts, but HOW? And who or what is the Locust Queen? Why does she look Human? What's the connection? All unanswered. Plus Dom dies and you spend all that time and energy to find and save Marcus' dad and he dies too. As a whole, it was a MAJOR let down. Oh, and there was nothing new in the way of gameplay, literally zero. It started out as an awesome story driven powerhouse that became a multiplayer whore. Cliff Blezinsky should be ashamed. ---End Rant.

Some more on Judgement.

First hints at the story are that you'll be playing as Baird and squad, in a prequel story that takes place 15 years before the original GoW. For Multiplayer, they're also making some changes....the biggest of these being it's switching up from standardized load-outs to class based combat.
