Kotaku recently ran an article about this since it's pretty safe to say that Star Wars 1313 and Watchdogs are so amazing that it'd be impossible to achieve those visuals on this gen consoles and IMO it'd be a disservice!

Aside from that, the UE4 tech demo shows what's going to be standard next gen and was running on a single Nvidia 680 card! Square also showed their Luminous engine. While UE3 has been behind most games this gen and will still have long legs for the initial flurry of next gen games due to "The Samaritan" UE3 tech demo(look it up), UE4 will be the next standard.
